Damn that sucks.

A similar thing happened with the cheap/discounted auto-dimming homelink mirrors from Kia a few years back.

I'd say give it a few weeks/month or so and they'll be back in stock.

Same. I bought a FORScan license the week my truck arrived and started the upgrades. Honestly the truck is a great value; but, the modifications from this forum make it fantastic.

Ok i got my set of fog lights from Diode Dynamics and got their wire harness with me and wiring diagram. I have been sick for the past 3 days with covid or flu but unable to touch my truck or think straight stucked on bed.

Heres a picture of the option if you want to use their harness and my bcm terminals to fog lights kit. If you prefer their harness then what i would do its wire up everything like they say. With the power with fuse and relay and ground to battery what ever. But the difference its where it says Switch Input install just 1 pin from the bcm to there and you should be able to use the f150 fog light switch.

Or wait for me to get better health wise and post a how to when i get a chance this week.

But heres the oem instructions. I didn't do it this way but this way its better way to do it.

Nope. It pops right out. Look at your new switch to see where all of the tabs are to figure out the pry points.

No, because you shouldn't do anything with the wiring at the switch itself. The only four wires there are: Ground, Power, Cargo (Gr/Vt), and LIN [Local Interconnect Network] (Blu/Gy) with the lattermost the digital communication line to the BCM that actual changes in the lighting are transmitted over.
