It will do nothing if you regularly check your air pressure. It doesn’t leak slower, get better mpg, or any other fairly tail they tell you. What it does is, it does not change pressure nearly as much as with just air. It works amazing at track day events because it limits the huge 8-10psi swing in the tires. So if you fill them say in the winter to 35psi if zero leaks out come summer they will be a higher pressure same for winter driving with a summer fill. Fill them at 85 degrees and when the temp drop you will be under pressure.
If it’s free cool if not, not worth it.
I have a nitrogen tank at my house and I don’t run it. Just stay up on your pressure.

My understanding of why tire pressure varies is not so much the gas that is used but the moisture that's in the gas. If you fill deflated tires with dry air, the pressure variances will be less when the tires heat up. That's why racing teams have tire drying/purge machines which evacuate tires and fill them with dry air.
If you pick nitrogen, dry air or ketchup, you will spoil your plan if you top off your tires with anything but what you have in them. You can chase the perfect PSI, or, just adjust them when they are outside your preferred window.

After I fill my tires with Nitrogen, I rub essential oils on the rubber and service my cooling system with Alkaline water from my 3k$ Kangen water machine. Things that Big Pharma don't want you to know about for your car to keep it healthy.

Unless your racing or a manufacturer of tires testing them nitrogen is unnecessary. My Maverick has nifty tire pressure display that is actually pretty accurate with what my tire gauge reads. Check the display in the and dash an adjust as need for the seasons. On our big trucks we pre-trip inspect and have to check tire pressure the old fashioned way with a gauge. Inner duals are always fun to check........

Nitrogen in cars aren't worth it. There isn't that much of a pressure swing on cars.

I service tires almost daily on aircraft 220+ psi for the past 35+ years and not once have I added nitrogen to my vehicle.

Pro tip - burn incense while refueling to cast out the evil spirits from the fuel. It really works.

Costco has free nitrogen air dispensers now.
Yep. It's *during business hours here. It's free, no membership required, but if my store isn't open, the dispensers aren't on.

@Exranger nailed it in the first reply. If I'm at Costco and need air, I'll take the Nitrogen, but otherwise there is a regular air compressor in my garage, and one in my truck that are more convenient. Watching the tire pressures over time and making sure they are in range is overall more important than what gas composition is in there.

Make sure to do a through flush, and properly recycle the purged air.
