Only took until I started noticing salvage from wrecked lariats on eBay. Their misfortune was our golden ticket. Pour one out for the homies later.

most of the parts were the same as the 2024, I’ll try to put together a post soon if someone doesn’t beat me to it. There’s a lot more kinks to work out, such as the steering wheel switches for the XLT. It’s working fine on my truck, but not on others.

So are you saying that the isntall proceedure is not quite as proven trouble free procedure for the 2025 model year compare to prior years?

Right, only a handful of us have attempted. If anyone can send me saved XLT asbuilts from the modules in my list, or the full file from the motorcraft website, as well as XLs with other options than mine I can take a crack at solving this.

I haven't attempted yet but am fortunate in that my configuration is the exact same as Rusty's - '25 XL Hybrid with BLIS

I will see if I can get you mine since my pickup is only a few weeks old and I backed up any that I did poke around in turning on the TSR function.

Also the part number RB5T-9G768-AB is shown posted by JJtech in an earlier post for the radar sensor and you can get those off of ebay as stated but it shows those are used for 2024–2025 Ford F‑150, Mustang GT and part number S1PZ‑9E731‑A is what I found on the ford parts websited for the maverick radar sensor. Is the RB5T...an alternate part number for the same sensor and that has the exact same fit, form and funciton as the S1PZ... part number?

AFAIK all the L2CF3TR sensor modules are physically identical (they would need new FCC certification if not).
So worst case, you could flash the Maverick firmware to them.

But as you saw, I used a sensor from a 2024 F-150 and it worked first try without reflashing or anything; it was cheaper than the Maverick ones I saw.

I just tried this, and it doesn't work on mine. I get a code for LH switch pack failure, and none of the LH switches work.
Strange enough that is the same config that I chose a while back, so it should have been the correct one.

If you dont mind, may I see your SCCM save? Current and old one as well if you have it.

Thanks. Without knowing anything else, I gotta ask are you sure you have the same steering wheel switch as I do?
If so, I’m stumped. Your before and after on the whole pic matches mine. When I get a Chance I’ll look into EZ mode of mine and see if that also matches. I also wonder if there’s another change from my list you haven’t performed? Wouldn’t make much sense but this whole process was kind of a headache lol.

Do you need the blind spot radars for lane centering to work? I was looking around in these and although it has lane assist I don't think it has the blind spot feature.

Dang, there really is no Rs in the spreadsheet man. I ordered this one, was a bit cheaper from rockauto, but seems out of stock rn. Said LB5Z-9C888-ac I think on the actual part sticker, but the listing was part# SW8585
