I am glad that your battery was replaced...which battery was installed (brand, capacity and type)? Most Mav owners have replaced their battery with an AGM battery, non-Ford brand and with a grater capacity.

Glad to see that they resolved your problem! This is a big nusance for many of us hybrid owners. I keep mine in the garage and on a tender when not driving. So far, so good..

Haven’t had any deep sleep issues so far (almost a year old). But I also have all the connectivity stuff turned off, and uninstalled Ford Pass.

I believe they have a recall out on this coming out this month because I have the same issue

It's a shame that you need to go through all of that, just to save your battery. I've seen posts where owners wrap their key fob in foil as well. So silly. Ford should replace batteries if that's what it takes. It shouldn't be up to us owners to figure out how to save battery life.

24 hybrid 3,500 miles = No deep sleep issues, I too deleted FordPass. Roughly 50% less clicking from the relays now.

The only "bad habit" my hybrid has, and my 22 EB had it too, is the driver's door randomly locks but all others remain unlocked. I am careful not to hit the lock lever by the interior door release lever when I exit.

Check back in after a couple months/year. I'm not convinced.

But as others have said, it's the trucks need to constantly communicate and using the app, so it would be awesome if you don't get it again. But it's likely you still will no matter how hard you try not to.

Yeah it shouldn’t be an issue to begin with. Apparently a Ford thing not just the Maverick, I’ve seen some videos on YouTube where people were having battery drain problems with an F-150.

So dealers and owners have been dealing with this problem for over 2 years and all it takes is a battery replacement? Why didn't Ford fix this 2 years ago?
