Had this issue with my EB last winter. I ended up replacing it with a aftermarket battery. I also wired in a solar power trickle charger.

Just FYI check the settings on your camera, my camera was draining my battery because the settings were set for motion detection and if parked in front of oh say a tree that sways in the wind, my camera was constantly recording because it detected motion. I turned that off and hooked my truck up to a battery charger and it helped but didn't solve the issue completely. My start/stop worked right after being charged but has since stopped working again and if I don't drive it for more the 2 days I get the error again.
Yep, I saw that setting too and have disabled it....still didn't help.

is it wired to an ACC fuse that shuts off with the ignition? Or constant 12v with a Parking mode enabled?

When I wired my Kicker Hideaway to speaker line remote power it was coming on and off randomly with the infotainment system, as well as when any doors opened, and started causing deep sleep issues. Wired it to an Acc fuse and it stopped.

That said, it's likely the stock battery. When I changed mine with a Duralast, dealer wouldn't replace it, the Deep issues stopped.
I believe that the dc PowerPoints which have something active will keep the PowerPoint active for up to 90 minutes (there is a menu to pic a duration time) until they are turned off or until the 12volt battery is reduced to 12.1 volts. So depending on what circuit you pick you may reduce your 12v. I believe the dash and bed PowerPoints and bed were particularly mentioned in manual. So it's a good idea to turn truck off remove key and time whatever you want to go off with key off or timer off. I do believe that the battery could possibly be partially at fault and considering some experience a drop in battery soc after an hour or so on highway indicates an additional problem.

It's the 12v. Battery. Had the same problem. Instead of getting a replacement from the dealership went and got a diehard from advanced auto. Fixed the problem
Did the after market battery solve all the battery issues for you, including not having to hook up a trickle charger? I would gladly make that purchase if it answers all these issues.

Here's an up date on my deep sleep mode problem. The dealership called me Wednesday saying the problem was resolved. I looked at my app, I still could not remote start it and it still displayed the error message.

I went to the dealership to talk to the service rep and told him I still cannot remote start my Maverick and the error message was still there. He went to get the technician who worked on my Maverick and I showed him the app on my phone. He couldn't understand why I was still getting that error message b/c it didn't show up in the logs he pulled up. I asked him if he put a battery tender on the battery that night and he didn't . I said let's put on the battery tender on today and let's see what happens tomorrow. The next day, the service rep called saying the service tech is seeing an issue and he was going to get another battery to see what happens.

As of now, the dealership still have my Maverick and I still have their loaner vehicle. I'm hopeful they will find a fix to my problem.

At least they are trying!
The dealer I went to took two hours to test my battery, then told me it was good. I asked why it kept going to deep sleep everyday and they couldn't answer. Just suggested that I bring it back in for further electrical testing.

I'm not one for having my vehicle at the dealer for any amount of time, none of them around here have loaner vehicles either. I just replaced it myself with a Duralast gold and haven't had any problems.

Got the "Remote features disabled to preserve battery" message last week. I wasn't that surprised because my 2023 XLT sits in the garage much of the time. The battery was at 12.0 volts which I believe is too low. I fully charged the battery and have not received the message a second time. But it is currently at 12.43 volts which still seems on the low side for a sitting battery.

The service rep called me today saying they have replaced the battery (this is the 2nd battery from them) and they kept it over the weekend to see if the new battery would go into deep sleep mode and it didn't. He also wanted to know if I was able to remote start it from my app. I was able to remote start it from the app and he said then it's ready to be picked up.

I'm happy my dealership didn't give me the run around and hope I don't have this problem again down the road. I asked if this was an upgraded battery and he said no. If it does happen again down the road do I just get an upgraded battery or should this be a Ford issue and they should upgrade it

I’ve been getting these deep sleep messages pretty much from the get go. They seem to be more prevalent when it’s cold outside. So far my dealership has reset the bms, replaced the battery once, did the main 12 volt harness replacement, and updated some modules, I forget which ones. All to no avail. My truck is parked outside and the temperatures have been below freezing. If I don’t drive for a day or two it’s pretty much guaranteed I get the deep sleep notification.

I’ve been putting a windshield cover on lately to keep the snow out of the wiper gap. Today, after not using the truck all day, I got a notification from Ford Pass that the front camera was obstructed and pre collision assist was unavailable. Huh ?

Why would the truck be monitoring the camera while it’s parked and completely shut down? If it’s monitoring the camera while shut down, lord knows what else is running in the background.

Me thinks Ford’s software is chit.

This is starting to look like the appropriate action for remedy. Several owners agree with this.

I think Ford should get the picture by now to drop in higher quality batteries vs. spend thousands in labor hours and loaner cars troubleshooting.

Mine said "The truck starts when you turn the key. What do you have to complain about?"

They still don't understand the 220 volt battery starts the truck.
