My vehicle was at Gordie Boucher in Kenosha, WI for 4 days with the issue being a rattle coming from the dashboard/ windshield area. When going over a bumpy road. It never got fixed. 4 days at Boucher Ford in Kenosha, WI. On day 2, I was told they hear the rattle but need more time. Day 3, waiting to hear back from a Ford engineer on how to proceed. Day 4, the Ford engineer advised to keep tearing it down and put a stethoscope on the frame to hear where the noise is coming from. Upon hearing this baloney, I asked how does someone put a stethoscope on the frame when it is tore down, when it is going down a bumpy road, because that is the only time it makes the noise. I told them to put it back together. 4 days for this piece of advice? I will take it to a different dealer and I'm done forever with Boucher Ford in Kenosha, WI.

My 2023 Hybrid Lariat has rattles that are getting so bad its embarrassing to have someone ride with me. As one guy said its taking the joy out of owning a new truck. Seems lots of people are having problems with this. Mine are coming mostly from the right side of the dash and right door area but also some rattles from the defrost vents.

Taking mine to the dealership in a couple days. Hope they can resolve it but I'm a little concerned they may not know where to start. Hope Ford can resolve this issue for us. Anyone that has gotten a fix from a dealer please let us know how it was resolved.

My rattle came from air vent area rubbing on dash I was able to stop rattle by inserting felt cloth strips in this area and it stopped, also search forums here for more information there is a lot to read and it helped tremendously
can you post a picture of how you did it?

my rattle shows up after a few hours of driving on long trips, I haven't noticed it on short daily trips.

Mine is right above the instrument cluster, where some other owners have reported. I'll isolate it at some point and add felt/foam shims to stop it, some other threads have shown how to get to that spot.

I will NOT take it to a disservice center and have them store it on their lot for 1-3 weeks until they can "get to it" for something as inane as this. Yes, Ford needs to dial in their design or mfg process to get rid of this annoyance.
