I am grateful to the one that started this thread! So much commentary about stuff that is wrong, but I get that part of this site. I have had my Lariat for just shy of a year and now have 12k miles. No recalls as of yet and the worst thing that I had was the back arm rest was stuck, I can deal with that!

Mine is only a couple months old and approaching 1,000 miles, but the fit and finish has been great. The only complaint I have is the cold idle is a bit lumpy but that seems to be settling down I imagine the engine management system is getting itself calibrated.

I have noticed this as well. It also seems to drive oddly when it's still at high idle. My solution is to just remote start it a few mins before I walk out when I can so it's already settled down before I take off.

19 months, 22,000 miles, FX4 ecoboost with bigger tires and a mild leveling kit, no issues other than the backup camera freezing which I took in for the repair. No axle issues.

No, that’s the high performance camshaft. 😆

I have had mine 3 months - 1000 miles. No issues except engine is noisey when cold ( buzzing sound) . I noticed the same sound on a you tube video with someone talking about the MPC EB in the Lincoln SUV. Fit an finish are good inside and out.

Almost 37k miles now on my late-build '22 FX4 w/ 4k towing. No issues other than a rear suspension bushing replacement under warranty at about 10k miles.

Need to get the recalls taken care of but for now, not really concerned about those. I'm happy with my purchase!

I’d say all the problems are in 10% or less of the Mavericks and 70-90% of that is the Hybrids and most of that is crappy battery management software.

I’d also speculate that most come into this forum to modify or customize their mini truck.

Of course all the problems get talked about in here. Half of those are the younguns who won’t read the manual.
The Maverick owners I speak to in person are all driving trouble free vehicles.

The two who traded from a hybrid to the Ecoboost did it only because the winter characteristics of the Hybrid aggravated them.
At least that’s what they told me.

Other than my '23 XLT having the 4K trailer wiring problem, which led to the recall, both of my '24 Lariats have been trouble free. The current '24 Lariat Tremor has 23K on the clock, in 10-1/2 months.

I had 42k miles on my '22 Maverick and not one problem.

I've got 11k miles on my '25 Maverick and no problems on it either.

Just about 100k miles between the two I've had, and just a bad 12v battery and cv axles at 50k on the '22 (traded at 70k) and no issues on the '25 so far at 25k.

2024 XLT Hybrid. I’ve had it for 14 months. 5,500 miles and no real issues. A couple of times I got the drive to restore remote features alert but that’s it. I’m in Tucson. A trip to Denver, another to the White mountains in AZ. Truck did great.

I have a 2023 Lariat EcoBoost with 4k towing. Bought it from CarMax with 3k miles on it. In slightly over 2 years, I've put another 32k miles on it. 2 long (3k miles) trips. Other than the various recalls, no issues.
