Must mean the early built units had the problems and Ford is getting the bugs fixed. Good for later built units. I'm still waiting after 15 months. Hoping to get a problem free vehicle soon.

No real issues to report in my Ecoboost over almost 14k miles. Been loving this truck!

Had a fairly minor one... Except it kinda turned into a major one.

Rear passenger window switch went dead and held the window in the "down" position. Not a big deal, just get it fixed under warranty, right?...

... Wrong. I had to wait A MONTH for the switch to come in, all the while driving with the window duct-taped. Oh, the woes of our current economy, I guess. Despite my best efforts, the tape has damaged the paint by leaving a cross-hatch dulling to the clear-coat. I could probably fix it with some polishing compound, but I'm not keen on weakening the already-thin paint job.

You think I'm angry? Not one bit. I absolutely love the truck. Space, utility, comfort, efficiency, power, dirt cheap... If it's not 100% reliable, well, I suppose I can't have it all! Love this truck.

Define major issue. I've argued with people in here who told me their cold windshield tick was a major issue. In my mind a major issue is one that disables the car. There are varying degrees of inconvenience after that.

Agreed. "Major Issue" can mean very different things to people.

So far, after 3 weeks & 1400 miles, I've found nothing to be unhappy about, and LOTS to be very happy about!

Engine rattle
Major Electronic issues (power steering, dead cluster or radio)
Dead truck
Transmission replacement
Engine fire...
Things like that
As a mechanic and former ford tech
I do not put the cold windshield tick as a Major issue at all

Only problem is radio tuning doesn't always work ( freezes) . supposedly a fix thru reprogramming but not done yet . minor issue because always leave it tuned to same jazz station while in town .
