BMW M4 truck??

This BMW M4 Competition was converted to a pickup for SEMA this year. I’m guessing if I ordered one it could be here in my driveway before my MY23 Maverick arrives Probably a tad more expensive but a bigger bed?

Another manufacturer that has no idea what a truck is supposed to look like. So they take a sedan weld a box on the back and WOW youve created a truck . Not NADA Nope NO Way

I actually like it -- pretty badass lines. And it's the perfect track day toy... throw the extra set of wheels/tires in the back and you're off to the autocross.

I wouldn't classify it as a competitor. Those buying a Maverick are not going to be in the market for this thing and vice-versa. All it does is show Ford has the unibody truck idea right. But the Maverick is popular because it is inexpensive. BMWs are popular specifically because they aren't. Those two things make them in mutually exclusive markets.

Well there is good news to come out of this if this goes into production!

We won't have to listen to any more whining about there not being a single cab option for a small pickup, the auto industry has listened and delivered!

Yeah, that wasn't in the BMW booth, but was an aftermarket conversion by a 3rd party... A true "One off..." design.

I'd just love to find a nice clean one of those at a fair price. It would be the perfect little curiosity to tuck in the corner of the garage and tinker on.
