In their defence, when you have to open the tailgate to fit a bicycle in… haha glad youre enjoying your ride. I am too! Thanks for the photos
Well, it is a 29er mountain tandem--which is a HUGE bike.

Oh don't worry, the "rebuttal" will come, and come, and come again. The "argument", as if there ever was one, was settled pages ago, right here in the good ol' Maverick "Truck" Club forum. For one thing, once you are reduced to word salad responses over the definition of terms, you have already lost. Beyond that, his points have been thoroughly debunked one by one. There is nowhere left to go at this point but lather, rinse, and repeat. Best to just let it go and not engage. Those who find themselves deep into cognitive dissonance won't be able to. And yes....that is a definite "Tell".
You do realize that this is your second post saying the same thing?
Me thinks you have been sucked into this vortex along with the rest of us! o_O:ROFLMAO: Just sit back strap in, keep your legs and arms inside and enjoy the ride!

Yep....right about the "Just let it go" part I realized I was disregarding my own advice. But after all that typing I found I just couldn't let it go....to waste. 😉

By the way, my first car was a '72 Maverick just about identical to your icon. It wasn't nearly as refined as my current Maverick truck...but I still retain fond memories.

Hahaha...imo, if someone wants to "define" a truck as needing a full frame, by all means let them do it😉. Reminds me of that statement from the movie O'Brother Where Art Thou: "The law? The law is a human institution."

The first car I ever bought was a 74 Grabber Midnight blue silver flake. Hopped it up to be a real runner. I miss that car from time to time.

So far I've been getting real good mpg with my ecoboost. Been getting 26-27 in mixed driving. Seen 32 mpg on a short highway jaunt. Can't really do any spirited driving or long highway jaunts yet as I'm still breaking it in. I chuckle to myself when I drive by a full size pickup in the lane next to me because I know they are lucky if they see 20 mpg hwy.
