You'll need the TS rails to have the elevate system. On Truxedo's product page for the TS rails they have a cover compatibility guide that says what tonneau cover systems work with and without the TS rails.

I don't think Ford scheduled January in full. Some people have said that they think that last week was more for 22 rollovers than true 23 orders. I'm going to keep an eye on my email this week but I'm not going to lose sleep over it

I think the hitch constraint is an issue for people with the standalone hitch option selected. Since FX4, 4K tow and Lux packages all have the hitch included then I don't think that you have much to worry about besides playing the hybrid lottery
