It really turned out to be what I wanted ! This Bakflip MX4 cover is really strong and seals very good. Today I drove through heavy rain and all I got inside was a couple of drops of water, but I noticed that the screw that holds the cover on right front was loose on the same side I found a bit of water so it may be that the case...

Nice! The flush mount makes for a really clean look.

What it’s the vertical height in the bed when the tonneau is closed? (Eg maximum cargo height)

Or maybe this gap. Should the stars align (get my order) I'd save a bit of the front foam weather seal to stuff in here.

Back in the day, @Realtruck had forum discounts. If the price was right, I might have to get one.

To the OP, was there any "gap", side to side, that you noticed during installation? I'm think about adding a set of the TS Rails alongside the BakFlip, and have the option of snapping-in some Yakima or Thule crossbars when they would come in handy. My guess is that the extrusion is probably 1/16" thick per side, so is there a 1/8" to work with?

Thanks, vertical is about 19" with the plastic bedliner. Painted bedliner should give an inch more

Well, installation seemed to be very tight, it really seals very good. I'm sure the loose bolt in the front allowed tje water to come in. I will test it tonight with a waterhose

Yes, I have the same cover and love it. Florida torrential downpours don't get in to bed once I did put a small piece of the foam right where that finger is pointing and ALSO a similar small piece of foam down at the tailgate end where there was a similar small gap...probably like 1/8 x 1/4" .... after that I barely get a drop of water in there even when it is pouring.
