Any Hybrid owners get the free FITS package?

I called the dealer and asked, went to parts and they had no clue, was told they go by vin and if something comes in they will call…took delivery 12/8 and no sign of the fits yet…

I would call Ford because it does come in a package with your vin # on it as mine did. My dealership didn't jump into action until I told them I called Ford and they verified it was sent to them and they needed to get off their butts and find it

I called Ford and customer service said dealer should have given it to me.
Dealer still is clueless.
Having to text my salesman every other day. Still no news.

NO!!! I asked the salesman at delivery and he knew nothing about it (I didn’t blame him as I was their first hybrid sale and only second Maverick sale) I emailed the Ford email to sales at delivery and have followed up several times and so far they just don’t know how it’s supposed to work. It appears to me that Ford didn’t pass the word down or a process down for getting the free kits to hybrid owners at delivery.

Sounds like you're one of the lucky ones to get your Hybrid so what you need to do is go see the parts manager and give him your vin# As according to my Ford parts guy each fits kit is assigned to your trucks vin#.

I ordered the hybrid mav in August and took delivery a week and a half ago. Confirming the truck DID include the FITS package in a separate box. It had a trash bin, cup holder, wire organizer and some bin dividers in it.

The kit was sitting in the sales person office and was ready to be picked up with the Maverick when I arrived for signing.

Nope. I ordered my hybrid Lariat Mavrick last August and received it July 2nd. The dealership didn't know about the FITS package promo and I never received it.

I got one from my dealer when I went for my oil change/recall visit….not real useful…didn’t change my life…lol… all of the pieces are stored under rear seat unused
