Any Hybrid owners get the free FITS package?

I called Ford customer service a couple days ago (first time) to see if my order was ok because the tracker said my order couldn't be found. The tracker was apparently down, but when they tried to verify my physical address it didn't match. Apparently the dealer, who I've been buying cars from for 25 years, put their address as mine. Customer service updated it, but I'm guessing that the kit would have mailed to them had we not caught this.

I've only had one other car that "came with something", and that was my 2003 Mercury Marauder that came with a leather jacket. Ford mailed me a VIN specific form to complete and then mailed the jacket to me once they received it. Things might be more electronic these days.. maybe they'll email us to confirm our address then mail it?

I'm jealous! I'm in touch with the guy that bought mine from me. He has a few. Mine had been supercharged with the Trilogy motorsports kit and ran in the 12s. Hmm.. I wonder if he'd trade a hybrid Maverick for it..

When I picked up my hybrid last week the salesman didn’t know anything about the fits package. I stopped by parts and asked them. I gave them my vin and he had the box in the back, the salesman was surprised when I walked up with it. You can’t use all the dividers because of the battery under the seat.

Ordered my Hybrid XL in September, and was informed around Decemberish that I would be getting the FITS added for free due to the wait time.

Got mine today after about a month owning the truck. Three trips to the dealer before they 'found' it.

I keep asking but I’ve been told the dealership has not received any at all! I find that hard to believe

Did you have to call them and ask for it? We got our truck a month ago and haven't heard anything.

I got a call from my salesman a week after I bought mine, they had a box show up for me but he didn't know what it was. Turns out it was the free FITS accessories

I got mine when I picked mine up two weeks ago. Forgot all about it until they brought it out. Nothing in there I’ll use though.

I got mine from the dealership. Took a few weeks of back & forth because they had no clue, but I called Ford to find out where it was and they confirmed it was sent to the dealership. So, they tore that place apart and guess what, it was there the whole time! I won't be using some of it because I have other things taking up that space at the moment. This spring I'm rigging my truck up for overlanding and may find a use for some of it, maybe!
