FITS package for 2022 hybrid owners

I just got my 2022 hybrid a few weeks ago and I love it. My question: last year everyone with a hybrid order got an email thanking them for their hybrid order. The same email said we would get a organization pack. Does anyone know when they get that?

If you received the email it should have been in your truck. It gets shipped directly to the dealer with your VIN. Have your salesperson or go ask your dealers parts department. In my case, they said they didn't have it and it would be mailed directly. After repeatedly asking they "found" it. Was open and missing one piece, but the shipping label had my VIN. When I tracked the number, it was delivered directly to the dealership two weeks prior to delivery.

My dealership found the box of plastic stuff in their parts department weeks after I took delivery of my Maverick and called me to let me know it was there. It's some pretty useless crap so I wouldn't go way out of your way to find it, but if you're wanting it I would definitely check with the dealership, it may just be sitting somewhere in their parts dept
