@Administrator - Can we change the title to this forum - as it is factually incorrect and there has not been a new price increase as OP's clickbait title insinuates?

Not to go off on a tangent, but I was under the impression that the new Warlock trim was replacing TRX as the 'performance' trim to compete with Raptor.
you are mistaken..TRX is a trim built on RAM 1500 platform , warlock is an appearance that can be on many trims (for lack of better words)

I had several TRX, Bronco, 392, and Raptor 2nd gen not R. Ram is way better inside so is 392 vs Bronco but I have not owned a Braptor to compare apples to apples. The Raptor I've had was fine til my wife found out in order to get the nice roaring engine sound in the cab Ford is actually playing fake engine noise through the speakers. She kept laughing of the eco-boost noise every time I started the darn car..had to sell and move to a hellcat

The increased base price for the MY25 Maverick can almost entirely be explained by the fact that the FWD Eco is no longer an option.
This is the biggest reason why I am keeping my FWD EB. I live in GA and do not off-road. I have absolutely no need for AWD and do not care to pay for it. There is a "snowball chance in hell" that I will pay for it.......... No pun intended with the "snowball" comment in relation to AWD!:teehee: Loving my '22 and only seven more payments.👍

Warlock is definitely listed as a trim for the 2025 RAM 1500, and comes with what I would assume is the 'performance' choices for the RAM 1500.

Not an appearance package; Warlock was the upper trim of the RAM 1500 'Classic' that was the warmed over 10+ year old chassis versus the newer 1500s.

Ford has to make up for the money they're losing with the THOUSANDS of 2024 xl and XLT's that can't be sold, and are sitting in dealer storage Lots.
Someone has to pay for the discounts that they may offer on the 24s

Still waiting for updates.
Not to mention all the batteries they are still replacing

There's some pretty good deals on leftover 24' XL and XLT hybrids in the 24-26K range, even better deals on ecoboost models. You'd be hard pressed to find more vehicle for the money anywhere.

The price increase on the new ones is understandable as more tech that may or may not be wanted was added, and more expensive trims, but I think it will be interesting to see what dealer inventory is actually selling for in 9-12 months.

According to motorbiscuit 2025 maverick will cost over $3k more than 2024 maverick . I guess that makes my 22 worth more as a used vehicle .

This title is click bait. I thought I missed a mid year price increase not a year to year price increase.

Retail orders are no where near what they were previously. They need to keep the factory running so expect to see decent dealer inventory soon. ~1k incentives by summer.

Same for me. And I got my '23 at the '22 price level as I had ordered the '22 but it rolled over to '23 with grandfathered pricing.
