When I set up Ford pass on my Escape, I had deselected the "email me" option and I think Ford obliged. Dealer showed me screenshots confirming my order as well as Ford chat.Nope. No email, so I called ford marketing and they confirmed the order has been placed/accepted, and my correct email address is attached to the order. Not in my spam folder either. Dealer told me when I ordered that I wouldn't get any emails until a VIN was assigned. Maybe this order confirmation email thing is regional?
