You definitely need that priority code moved to between 10-19. Anything else represents a Stock Order and will not be scheduled anytime soon.
If the person who did the paperwork with us isn't helping with that, do I ask to speak to the manager? I have the feeling that would only make them less likely to be helpful.

This gives me hope since I ordered my xlt lux hybrid on 10/7. My dealer has not had any of the 10 hybrid orders scheduled yet 😔.
Sorry to be a downer, but this shouldn't give you an ounce of hope. EB scheduling vs hybrid Scheduling are night/day difference. You won't be getting your truck for 4-6 months at least unless your dealer somehow has a lot of allocation yet few orders

I'm on week 4 of being in priority 2, if I don't get scheduled today I don't think I can ever return to this forum, for my mental health. Best to forget and let the email surprise me lol.
I ordered in mid July…don’t even look for the Ford email…trying to forget about it so time will seem to pass more quickly. Can’t do a thing about something that is out of my control.

I think that's my curse too. The dealer that I ordered from didn't order much when CV-19 hit and the lot's been empty for a long time. My June 17 order has not been scheduled either.

The way ford is doing it makes you not want to work with small dealers because people ordered after me with same builds have been scheduled and I am guessing because of the allocations at my dealer I may have to wait because of the hybrid constraints.
