Dash rattle over bumps - service bulletin issued by Ford yet?

There’s a TSM on that. Involves putting foam rubber strips at each end of dash.
In reply to a post I did asking about a fix for the rattle issue. I had thought I ran across an article or post that detailed the two different steps Ford could do to resolve the issue. Both seemingly an easy process for the dealer. Am thinking one might have involved loosing the steering wheel column to get to an area to add foam and other…maybe the step detailed above.

Of course, when I called the Ford service at my dealer they said they knew nothing about it. That does not surprise me honestly. Do we call a Ford 800# to inquire what this fix is? Has anyone had it done, if you had a dash rattle, and if so do you know the TSM (not sure what that stands for) number?

your dealer is a slug, all they had to do was look it up
and it's a TSB, Technical Service Bulletin

I'll pat myself on the back because ever since I got my '22 EB [avatar picture] I had that RUMBLE - not a rattle sound - over rough surfaces.

From past experience with other vehicles, it sounded like HVAC vent noise. Sure enough, the rubber blocks that the TSB provides wedge where the top of the dash meets the windshield ducts.

My '24 hybrid does not have the rumble. The dash is pretty solid.

Yes I have had the rattle, I had the TSB performed last Wednesday and I have noticed a significant difference. Very happy Ford recognized this and found a fix.

I just crank the radio up to 15, can't here the wife bitching about how loud it is either...............
