Well for new orders it's appears true based on picture of DORA on Facebook group today, but who knows if they will try and make it retroactive.

I ordered in July. Still haven't been scheduled yet. Does that mean I won't be able to get the spray in liner that's on my order? I have taken most other options off that I originally had. If i'm not scheduled by February I guess I will drop the spray in...

I would happily take a few dollars off my lux package and have it just come with no liner at all. Or Ford points or whatever. Especially if it means possibly getting it a little sooner.

Main thing I wanted was the heated seats and a few other things. Liner was a perk for me.

I placed an order on Monday morning (Nov 1) at my dealer when they opened.
My order confirmation has the XLT Lux package listed. The Ford confirmation email at 9:53 AM list everything as ordered. Listed the Spray in Bed liner. Many rumors floating around.

Same here! Ordered and confirmed 6/14 and have 12/13 build week. Hoping that orders already scheduled aren't affected by a bedliner change.

Ford wants to reduce dealer inventory and go to a build on demand sales model.

Ford will fail miserably if the customer orders a vehicle, waits for the vehicle, then finds out that Ford can't deliver the ordered vehicle.

Supply chain issues aside, in a normal environment, what is the time frame between ordering and delivery? 6-8 weeks I'm guessing.

I ordered the spray-in liner for my XLT. No way I am paying $375 for a drop-in liner, only to remove it, sell it for $50, then pay $600 for a spray-in.

For me, it is a spray in liner or no liner. The drop in is not an acceptable option.

When I bought my F150 I needed a liner right away. I drove 1000 miles to pick up an engine that I bought. I was 3 weeks out for a spray-in, so the place sold me a Ford drop-in for $50. There was a giant pile of F150 drop-in liners behind the shop, all like new, couldn't beat the price for a factory new drop-in liner + tail gate cover for $50 installed.

Hopefully this is just another rumor.

My Ford salesperson called today to inform me that Ford is substituting the drop in bed liner for the spray in liner. I have an XLT ordered with lux package which includes spray in liner. He said you can’t remove the drop in liner from the package and no Ford $$compensation. He suggested me taking out the drop in liner and selling it then find a shop locally and have a liner sprayed in.

All orders already submitted with the Luxury Package will have the spray-in bedliner. They have not changed the features included in that package. They may be thinking of making the switch but until they have made order guide changes all orders with the package will have the features included on the order guide.
