Interesting....but wouldn't you think that even fleet purchases would pony up the extra $? Really not that much difference. But...yeah xlt constraints motivating others to go the XL route if that's the new low order model - might be some intentional Ford tactic - more profits now on the XL vs the XLT.
The fact that Ford is now offering a steel wheel option for the XLT suggest they think a lot of fleets might opt for that at least in Hybrid AWD.

I will..looking to get basic XL for a new driver as 1st car. Want the hybrid but dont need AWD either.
I'd say....go put in order for a '24 AND a '25 both XL FWD (AWD is just an option) - current problem w/ 24s is that a lot more XLs got ordered than may be made - so your 24 order may never be made and you don't want to wait to find that out cuz then if you go to order a 25 you'll likely be far back in the line.

Did I read the pricing sheet right that there is no XLT ECO AWD? That seems like a strange decision.

Immediately next to the pro trailer assist knob is Auto Hold, not Auto Start/Stop. Below it is the push button start.
Only Tremors had the AS/S on the dash, though. EcoBoosts had it on the console buttons. Looks like Tremors is moving there as well from TFL's video:

I might just do that and risk $100 ( reservation fee)
Gotta see the price increase tho..If identical specked trucks from diferent MY's (24 and 25) are about the same price I'll order a MY25 as well..If it jumps over 30k I have other options ( ex Taco, base F150 with coyote , base 1500 Ram or even a Ranger etc)

If they had updated the extremely scratch prone interior I would upgrade to 4k hybrid but not doing that now. Will wait for on an EV Maverick in 203x.

So the advantage of having both direct and port injection is 2-fold. One, it will keep the valves clean of carbon build up, keeping performance at the levels it should be. Two, each set of injectors supports the whole 238hp the engine offers, and most likely, way more. So, using all the injectors, and with a supporting turbo/modifications, it will be really easy to make a lot more power, because we have the fueling headroom.

EDIT: Also, even in stock form it will be allowed to run full E85, which is cheap and makes a lot of power....
I just saw in the order guide that the Lobo is late availability. Based on the MY24 Ranger 2.7 also being late availability, I have a concern that the Lobo pricing and ordering won't be available tomorrow. (The '24 Ranger 2.3 and Raptor could be ordered in Oct '23, but the 2.7 couldn't be ordered until late April '24- and I don't believe any 2.7 have been delivered yet, but I could be wrong about that.)

E85 support would be great for occasional use, but impractical for daily driving because the mpg is so poor. E50 or E30 would be a lot easier to live with, but I definitely agree that having both port- and gas-direct injection is a good thing. I'm real curious if it has a unique turbo also.

Most of them are actually just computer rendering. Some are practically re-uses of the 22-24MY shots.

Funny. When seeing these two basically identical photos and placement of the trucks, it really hits me how much more I like our current 22-24 front end.

Oh, no. No physical volume knob? People are going to HATE this. Might as well start a thread on it now.
I don’t care about a physical volume knob with volume control on the steering wheel. I rarely touch the volume knob.

Glad I got my Tremor when I did. I wouldn't be able to afford the 2025.

I normally don't use straight E85 for more than a few fill ups at a time, but because it is so much cheaper, it's almost a wash on the dollar/mile scale, which is what people should look at, haha.

And yeah, I don't think they will have pricing or ordering for Lobo either, I was just taking my guess as to what the power numbers and price would be. I also think it might have the 8f57 trans with 2nd gear locked out. I think they have actually stopped putting 2nd gear in the Edge ST trans, but physically it's still the same 8f....
