still can't get ACC on XLT. however, I did see that the Lobo has it, but I am not expecting the Lobo to actually cost less than a Lariat.

Just my luck. Been waiting since Sept '22 for my Lariat order that is scheduled for production week of August 12th. Changed to Lariat from XLT due to private offer on rollover from XLT just because of the push button start and power slider when all I wanted was an XLT. Now I could get exactly what I wanted all along on a '25. Might be a loaded up '24 Lariat AWD Eco in Carbonized Gray for sale below sticker with next to no miles in late September. LOL

It's now an optional software upgrade for that extra 12 HP & 4 LBS of torque.

I wonder if they aren't switching to the all-new 2.0 Eco that came out in the '23 Escape. It's been a great engine in the Escape from what I hear so far. That may be the reason the TQ and HP have changed.

Correct. It allows both rear axles to lock instead of relying on limited slip + ABS activation to "force" power to the side with traction.

Well a locking rear is a good thing - that's welcomed! With the Ecoboost power drop if the Lobo doesn't have a bump it would be really strange. I now see there are different springs, dampers and ofc the lower (wonder how much) ride-height. All id really want to see is more power (fingers crossed), sportier transmission (maybe check), better, street-tuned suspension (check), and sport seats with good bolstering. A performance exhaust wouldn't hurt.

This is the same thing everyone said about me getting XL hybrid from the start. It's doable you just have to order it from the dealer. I know it's really hard but trust me order it and it will come. Lol

LOBO has been a truck thing for years. I want to say as early as 1992 in Mexico. They don’t have f150 there they have LOBO
