I received this email today. Mine however says: Your 2022 Maverick Hybrid pickup will be delivered next year, and rest assured that we'll continue to keep you updated.
At least it's something.

My truck was built sept 15 and will now sit in the desert till January . Nope Ford just lost a buyer. I truly think a 3rd grader could have planed this out better. Toyota here I come I own a prius that has over 250,000 miles on it and getting tired .It wont last till January thought ford would be true to there word. This is like the coolest cooler someday nope done

Unless you are custom ordering your Toyota, how do you know that vehicle hasn't been sitting in a lot somewhere? Or do you go and check the manufacture dates of every vehicle to make sure they were delivered the same month you decided to purchase it? I highly doubt they are letting these things rot away in a lot somewhere with the batteries connected. You'll get the truck in 2-3 months, it will be freshly detailed from the dealer, and if it hadn't of been for these threads, you would be none the wiser as to how long it actually sat somewhere before it got delivered.

Also @jsouth33 did say that it was an early draft sent to dealers. What we received could have been a later edit. I'm not overthinking it. Our trucks will come eventually.

Yep, got mine just after lunch, of course at first I thought it was Ford confirming my Unicorn was being scheduled for building, but no turns out I get free stuff for a hybrid I don't own!

Just got my email from Ford telling me no Hybrid for you this year. Instead of these cheap toys how about giving us a upgraded stereo or AWD! Or how about a timeframe for when we might get our trucks next year!

Got my fit email today, 7/27 order hybrid and 11/8 build date…email says January start deliveries. Email also states 2022 model year hybrids are almost sold out…
