The one time that it happened was when my Mav was in the body shop for two weeks. It happened towards the end of second week of no start while awaiting for parts. So I answered no

Where did you get that gadget? My MY22 Maverick XLT Hybrid (that got sold to Carvana) did originally have about four deep sleep messages.
I just charged the 12V battery overnight.
I never had a DEAD battery just the FordPass App messages. I always was able to READY the Maverick and drive.
After I had TSB-2060 (Grabby Brake Issue) done the Deep Sleep issues went away.
I believe that TSB-2060 also updated the 12V battery charging software.
My MY23 Maverick XLT Hybrid has had no Deep Sleep issues over the month I have had it.
I have a 12 Volt/Temperature gauge plugged into the front 12V Power Socket and the 12 Volt battery voltage has always been between 12.4 and 12.9 volts when not being charged and shows 14.4 Volts when it is being charged.

No, that should be normal. If you drive daily, you should be able to go about 1 week assuming you locked your doors but still have FordPass and tracking active. For folks that have everything on and don't lock their doors (so the truck "wakes up" frequently), should still go about 4 days in most cases. For those that do a 200+ mile drive one day (which should be enough to charge the battery to at least 12.4V) and then get the error the next day, it means their battery has gone bad or they have some sort of "stuck on" process (HV battery heater?).2022. 26k miles. Drive almost every day but didn't have a problem on vacation when it sat for 4 days. Or on weekends when I don't use it. No messages on ford pass either. Guess I got a lucky one?
So is locking the door via the handle sufficient or does it have to be done by the app or key fob?No, that should be normal. The reason so many people report "issues" seems to be a combination of the battery being too small and the Maverick having 2x to 4x the "typical" car industry parasitic draw (plus the Maverick battery management system being programed to not fully charge the 12V battery for some reason).
Would be really, really nice if someone from Ford actually addressed any of these things :-/
From eBay.Where did you get that gadget?
As a first time EV owner I really have no complaints. Fords first attempt at an EV is really well done. The tech is amazing and Fords BlueCruise is awesome when going on long trips. How are you liking your Mach-E so far?
I tried that route. Took it to a dealer and waited several hours for them to tell me the battery tested good.I was thinking the same, but I will see if Ford will remedy this situation and I won't have to shell out over $200. I have read on these forums that the replacement battery from Ford has the same issues. I will try out the battery from Ford and if it performs the same, I will be forced to buy this battery as a replacement.
For those of us who regularly drive the vehicle it should not be getting that condition in the first place. Deep sleep activities for low voltage and any charge level below 50%. No reason why a vehicle that is getting driven 5+ hours a week should have a low 12v battery. All it means is that the truck is turning off circuits which drain power needlessly. That is a feature, not a bug.
Anything unusual in your usage? Maybe time for a new battery? This poll jinxed me. MY22, one year old this week. 13k miles. Flawless until last night.
5 min after a 30minute drive, I get the sleep/battery save notice. *sigh*
Did you have this volt meter plugged in to your other Maverick and if so did it ever indicate a low charge status? My MY22 Maverick XLT Hybrid (that got sold to Carvana) did originally have about four deep sleep messages.
