I too get repeated deep sleep messages, with no discernible problems… the low battery referred to is the standard 12volt NOT the hybrid battery correct?

Yes, and for some it's been a precursor to the dreaded 'No Start' issue.

Ok the standard 12volt, can’t we just throw a charger on it?

My Hybrid XLT with ~3.7K miles has been at the dealers for over a week; they're looking into scores of Deep Sleep messages over the past month+. Yesterday's report: Battery charged, ... (did he tell me to 90+ % ?) ... but discharged by over 30% by the next afternoon ...

I have the 2.0 Ecoboost with the 12 volt. Mine went into deep sleep with the no start issue. I tried a charger and just got alternating blinking lights yellow then green. It would not take a charge until after I jump started the truck. I drove 20 plus miles at highway speeds then hooked up the charger/maintainer. Took 48 hours to fully charge.
