Ordered Nov 3 2021, Email confirmation from Ford November 17, 2021. One email before I had to reorder as a 2023 on Nov 21 2022, dropped spray in bedliner and mud flaps because of restraints. NADA, nothing crickets. Tomorrow is day 490, be in the 500 club soon. Cactus gray eco boost, full size spare, all wheel drive, trailer hitch. That's it

Ordered Oct 25 21, finally built Jan 31. Shipped Feb 15. I feel like the wait for shipping is worse than the 14 months to get built. I think its because I resigned to a very long wait after watching all the OG June Julys orders wait a year or more. Now that it's built I feel way more "Where's it at?". Been stuck in IL for a week.

I am now an official member of the 500 day club at 501 days since order. Not a club I really wanted to join though.

Edit: searched wrong how many days ago date, Oct 21 instead of Oct 25. So 497 days ago, maybe I wont join the club afterall, but probably will.

Still sitting in the queue … no production date… ordered 10/07/2021 … a year and a half ago … it’s just sad. I will probably Be the last order filled from October 2021… at one time I was a priority 2 for a couple months. Goes a little longer and maybe I can reorder a 2024 model. ☹

Damn, I was 9/8/21 order and mine has been in transit for the past two months... I thought I was gonna have one of the longest waits by the time it arrives... but guys from a month after me still haven't gotten scheduled? That's rough. 550 days on the dot is feeling lucky for me... that'd be 3/13... next Monday.

Some people that have been waiting have 3 late model cars in the driveway. Other's, like myself had an actual need. Maybe Ford did some research, but I still waited 443 days. Credit score well over 800 and was driving a 2006 with 210k miles.

I picked up my Maverick XLT Hybrid & Copilot 360 on March 6th, only 485 days later. Because I moved to a different state, submitted both DLs, called Ford Cust Serv, called Ford Marketing, got a Certificate # and was told the dealer could update the COVP, dealer says they can't - so I'm out the transistion money which is really the pits since I'm on a fixed income. The dealer did use a couple of their certs. to make up for it but still fell short. I'm glad I have the Mav, but Ford made a mess with the transition offers in many cases and I don't see that they want to make it right for some of us. Another thing, with all the items that got dropped because of constraints, changes from 22 to 23 models, it's hard to know if I got some of the things on my original order, what was replaced with something else and what items I ended up with. The manual, the website, nor the dealer have a clear understanding of what the Mav is fitted with. Very frustrating indeed.

Your window sticker is pretty much the story of what you have. If it doesn't have it listed there, then it fell off in Ford's sloppy conversion. It shouldn't have been that hard to do the conversion, but it was. I had a couple trips to the dealer to make sure things were as I wanted. I missed and got the bedrails left on accidentally.

It's been over 500 days since I placed my order, October 22, 2021. I've only been attempting to check the order status with the dealer once a month because they never seem very interested in talking to me. This week after 3 calls to the dealer and no return call (sadly typical), I called the Ford hotline to see if they could give me any information. I was almost stunned when they said they now have a VIN number and a build date - April 13th. I know that those build dates can slide but it was great to finally get one! They also confirmed that I have a private offer and gave me the program number and certificate number for that. I'm going to send this information to my dealer because I don't want to run into excuses later when I am finally able to purchase the Maverick.

I picked mine up 10 March 2023. My original order date was 10-21, Hybrid-XLT-LUX.

I have a second one still on order from 10-21, dealer still not showing anything new in it, I call them every 2 weeks on a status. It is the same Hybrid-XLT-Lux but it has additional options, hard bed cover and I cannot remember what else.

Thanks for telling me about the window sticker. They had already taken it off and folded up in the glove box. I took a look at it and finally some useable information. Thank you again!

Well, im one of the people who had a vin for 22 and it got transitioned to a 23 at the very last second. Now truck is built and on the train. I've called ford customer service many times and all they see is my farm bureau discount. Dealer sees a transition offer but it's not on my truck. Now they're saying I didn't get transitioned by 9/20/22 date and that must be why I don't have the offer. So... here I'm sitting with a dealer that doesn't want to work for me because if I back out they will mark up the truck $5k+ and have it sold in 3 days. Ford SUCKS! Ford customer service assured me that the transition is automatic and that I don't have to do anything, the dealer would do what's necessary. This is beyond frustrating after 2+ years of covid and losing friends and family. This truck is all we had to hope for. So I can let it go...or pay the stealership the extra $2750 and never buy from them as well as ford...again.

You might try calling Ford Motor Co. , Marketing Dept. 1-800-334-4375. To ask about the “Transition Private Offer”. I've read in some cases that Ford will send you a check when the dealer doesn't cooperate, and you have a certificate number. Good Luck!
