I tried that and now I am locked out of my account. I have tried the "reset your password" process several times, after waiting the required 15 minutes, and still a no go. Congrats! I ordered from Mooresville Ford just north of you. I haven't been getting responses from the dealer on what they recommend for keeping or removing my hitch. I am just going to go ahead and have it removed from my order at this point, but kinda disappointed they haven't been more transparent.
