I too added the Lincoln cover (from Tasca) this week. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase (except paying >$4 for a damn nut). I also added the driver's side fender insulation at the same time. I do plan to add Duraliner to the hood (at a later date). I figure every little bit helps. Looks like one could easily remove the Lincoln emblem. There are 2 clips underneath. I'll mess with it this Spring.
Driver's side fender insulation? Please elaborate more.

Ordered the fender insulation and engine cover yesterday. Both insulators on back order and got cancelled.

What is the quantity on these parts? One each?
Yes -- thankfully. Looking back, I'd skip the $4+ nut, and take the stud/bolt down to Ace.

Bummer. I only got the driver's side -- which is the one I really wanted. The passenger's was on national back-order.

Does anyone happen to have the measurements of the Lincoln Emblem on the cover? I would like to know the measurements that it would take to cover it up. Then I will search for emblems that would fit over it. Such as the Turbo Emblem, Ford Performance, etc. I'll share what I find or can have made.

Lucky day, both my Lincoln engine cover & Coyote Badge Shop emblem came in today, so I went to work. Removed the Lincoln emblem, installed the EcoBoost emblem, snapped on the cover, Wall-ah! Very happy with the look. This was mostly for cosmetic reasons, but the injector ticking is *maybe* a touch less ticky..... Prolly just my prejudice. Used my Ford points for the cover, so only cost me $40 for the emblem. Yeah, it's pricey, but a nice quality coated metal piece, really heavy for the size. I used the threaded holes, bolts, & bracket to attach it to the cover, vs. the double stick tape, which didn't care to stick to the foamy slippery engine cover.

Now I don't shield my eyes when I open the hood! :ROFLMAO:

I went to the wrecker yard the other day to look at some old Fords. I found a really nice Ford emblem on a early Ford Ranger. I believe it will fit nicely on my engine cover.

K2GZ6A949A for 2.0l ecoboost
K2GZ6A949B for lincoln 4cyl 2.0 ecoboost

Only difference in part numbers is the suffix.

I was going to get one, but decided since I can't hear the engine at a stop light, I don't need any sound deadening, and I had read that it made little difference. Opinion is that FoMoCo started adding the dress covers to make their products imitate the more costly brands from Europe and Japan that had them. Open some hoods and all you see is a plastic tray. Yes there must be an engine in there somewhere.
Strange, saw another post in which Varsity Ford Parts has the Ford cover pictured, but lists K2GZ-6A949-B as the part number. Several other links I clicked while searching the part number also had the Ford cover pictured but had -B as the part number.
