I haven't unfortunately. Yes one from an escape. The steering wheel should only need one wiring harness add-on I just haven't gotten around to it. I fear I may not before winter hits. I've just about given up on he heated seats though. The elements aren't in my seats nor are the wiring harnesses.
do you know what harness? I need to get the elements for the seats and heated steering wheel but I should have the all the other major parts in the next week.
Unfortunately no connector. I would need to purchase that, then figure out the wiring and fuse situation.
Heres a pic from an ecosport module which is the same as escape. I forgot to get detailed pics when I had my dash apart last time but the black and green wire from the connector on SCCM go to the hvac module, the large pins you were asking about. It would not be too hard to make a harness, I did a first ever heated wheel swap on my 2017 escape and did a DIY on that as well, the hard part is getting the pins which I have a good supply by buying a bunch of random ford harnesses on ebay. Also I wonder if you have to have an xlt to be able to have the wiring installed for the heated wheel. Anyone with an XLT have the connectors?
I've got a set of heated seat elements on order from China, but I'm not expecting them to be delivered for another month or so (on the slow boat over it seems). Hopefully by the time they arrive I'll have a little more free time on my hands so I can dive into this project a little more.
Don't know how you'd get the factory HVAC controls to work without the required temp sensors embedded in the OEM heated seat (bottom) elements. The system is constantly monitoring those sensors and adjusting output based on that feedback. Unfortunately I don't see how that (safety measure) would be bypassed using the factory HVAC controls. It seems to be so much easier to just install aftermarket switches if you're going to use aftermarket heating pads. This person ordered from China but you can buy cheap kits from the US that are made by the same vendors that supply most of the OEMs. You can get these kits that come with everything needed to include 4 heating pads, 2 switches, wiring, relays, fuses, etc for around $100. Maybe some people just like the challenge and I respect that but I suspect you'll spend way more time and effort and most likely money too trying to get the factory HVAC control buttons to work without those specific thermocouples embedded in the bottom seat heaters.

You also have no wiring from the fuse box under the hood to the HVAC controls or any wiring at all from the HVAC controls to the seats.It's been a while but when I started down this path I realized how difficult and expensive it would be since there is no wiring harness under my XL seats to make this work. I had purchased 2x oem heating elements, wasted $$.
I would love to know more about this, I would totally do it for $100
The plan at the moment isn't to bypass them at all. Instead it's to try and identify the correct (or close enough to correct) thermistor I need to get the heated seats to respond the way I want, and install that myself.
.Precisely why I gave up on it. Now the heated steering wheel I will get working eventually, I'm just lazy and haven't touched it in 12 months.

Does anyone have the pigtail for the 2 extra tabs on each side of the hvac control module for the heated seats? Or is this a single full piece harness/connector? I'm also looking into/wanting to wire aftermarket heated seats while integrating the factory heated seat switches. It seems as though there is a pigtail connector for each side that could plug in and would then integrate into the heated seat circuit. Seems as though it wouldn't be too bad to wire in.Update. In order to remove the HVAC module you just need to pry the trim away, there are 4 clips holding it in place 2 on the left 2 on the right.
Here is the wire harness plug with missing pins that I'm aware of, not sure if someone elses higher level trim with heated stuff has more wires in the harness than this... Someone please give me some pics!!!

As for the steering wheel stuff, getting a new clock spring is not enough. The Steering Wheel Column Housing Assembly or whatever has a little board behind it with missing parts, see below.

I cannot find just this board anywhere but this Housing Assembly part LB5Z-3F791-SB should do the trick. It appears to include the left stalk/right stalk so if you're looking to add Driver Assist Lane Warning stuff (which works btw), and the clock spring all together with it. Clock Spring and left stalk is already $170 shipped and this part above is like $220 shipped so not far off. I will update this post once it arrives and let everyone know if heated steering wheel is possible. The plug on the back of this housing assembly does plug into this section even though I have missing parts, so I'm hoping that it includes the wiring for heated steering wheel!
Someone with heated steering wheel or even heated seats please take a pic of the wiring harness that plugs into the back of the HVAC module. Should only take 5 minutes to do.
Also, I got the DAS Lane Keep thing working with an extra left stalk I got. And the only codes Forscan is throwing is missing Left/Right heated seat sensor which is to be expected. I don't see a plug underneath my seat for the heated pads I purchased so this one might be more complicated, but I'm still doing it.
