I will be glad when they finish tweaking the tracking page. I'm tired of seeing that my XL with an XLT Lux and Lariat packages has had any status changes. Just send me my XLT Lux!

I agree. The tracker for mine has not updated since 01/12/23. From prior posts, it looks like other member tracking page is updating more frequently.

I called last Monday. Vehicle is made but not yet shipped. I will call tomorrow again and see if there is any updates. I am getting close!

The tracking system seems broken, with either no competence or will to fix it!
If they can't program the cover page to reflect the build, they should at least freeze it to say "Your Maverick(no suffix) has been built (if that's even true?), and to check the window sticker (when available) for your exact build".
Has anyone seen any update since 1/25?

Ordered 2 for me and my brother on September 16th, 22, MSRP+$299 dealer fee. No mark up or down payment. Ordered an Area 51 and a Carbonized Gray. Both has the same configuration: XLT Hybrid Equipment Group 300A + Manual Rear Sliding Window, Tow Hitch, 360. No build date yet! Already purchased a used 2016 VW Jetta, I needed a car for my daily commute to my office location. Jetta with 1.4lt Turbo engine, doing around 35-39 mpg, it has 58K on it. Now I can wait as long as Ford takes, unless Toyota comes up with a similar vehicle. I am also in the wait list for the 2024 Toyota Prius LOL

We are the same... I am "1677/2197" according to the window sticker, and the tracker just stopped on 1/12/23 as still in production.

I recommend you call the toll free number. (If you haven't already) They can give you a more updated status.

The Ford customer service answers the phone quickly and are very nice.

I plan to call them every Monday and Friday until I pick up the truck.

They told me it expected at my dealer on Feb 10.

I either call or chat (or both) once a week. They still all tell me the same thing...it is in production, since 1/12, and has an ETA to my dealer in WY of 2/2/23-2/8/23.

I know the modules were activated on 1/12, Sync3 was also updated on 1/12/23, and Chat told me it was out to the mod shop and back on 1/12/23 (likely for bedrail install...nothing else to add).

I tell them, "Gee, if it is not yet 'Built', how is it going to get here in 4-10 days?" Then I get the canned messages of "when it finishes production, it will be shipped...." yada, yada, yada.

I really think the tracker is just not being updated properly (it says last updated 1/13/23), and the truck really is en route...but no one will say that and I've just gotten the same response from Chat/phone since 1/17/23.

After tweaking my sig this early AM, I thought I should check the tracker to see if they've corrected my build info. Imagine my surprise when this popped up!

It's interesting that the dates I compiled in the sig don't always match up with the graphic, a good reason to use multiple resources to track your own order until you're in the driver's seat on the way home from the dealer.

Finally got her! Ordered 11/13/21. Rolled over to 2023. Got my private offer. Pickup went without a hitch except dealer added a useless anti-theft option called SWAT for $300. Can't complain because this truck is everything I imagined it to be. I guess I'm officially bumped from this thread. Thanks for making the wait bearable.

My original order was 11/01/2021 for Hybrid XLT, was part of the canceled with a VIN group and re-ordered 11/12/2022. I now have been assigned a new VIN, and a production week that has now been moved 4 times, 1/30, then 02/02, then 02/08, and now week of 02/10. I have not received one email from Ford since the reorder.

Just checked order tracker and it shows green dot for "order confirmed" instead of 'awaiting shipment".
The day after they fixed the XLT and packages, the rest of the site is broken!
