I'm a last day hybrid 2022 order converted to a 2023...still "unscheduled clean" as of Thursday, 12/1/22. Hoping for some good news soon, this is getting real old...
Same here. My 22 order never changed from priority 19 until after it was balanced out.

My 23 order has a priority of 13. When I questioned the dealer he said that was the lowest priority number they were giving.

Probably saving the lower priority numbers for "special" customers like maybe his family.

Great! Had you gotten your "we are sorry" 45 day e-mails? Did you check your spam folder? One of my Ford e-mails went there.

Great! Had you gotten your "we are sorry" 45 day e-mails? Did you check your spam folder? One of my Ford e-mails went there.
I've gotten a couple of sorrys over the last year, but everything from Ford has been delivered to my inbox, never an issue there. I was good with taking the few minutes of wait time to reach an agent, especially after hearing the good news. Now I wait for the window sticker, probably after the holidays.

I did Ford chat this morning and was again told "unscheduled clean"...when I advised I have had a priority 10 since my original 2022 order, they suggested I speak with the "New Vehicle Support Team" at 1-800-334-4375. I called and they suggested I speak with my dealer...round and round we go... Dealer does not want to go to regional level b/c if he does it for me, he will need to do it for 18 others... Like others I am extremely frustrated...considering abandoning ship but don't know what vehicle I would replace my Maverick order with...frankly it checks all the boxes, just the delay, recalls, and lack of communication is really souring me on the deal...I was so excited when my order was originally placed, now I'm meh...

Getting same run around.
Had to force dealer to roll over to 23my.
Checked with customer service a day later and they had the order and all was fine.
Have received two 45 day delay regret emailing.
I just called customer service now they say they do not have the roll over and to contact the dealer.
Those that think we can not be upset and to stop bashing Ford for this mess should have their heads examined.
5 times to the dealer in a year so far....PAST frustration...this 6th trip I will. talk with salesman and manager and they must show me the entry confirmation that all is in order...like babies being taught a lesson. #fomoco @fomoco

Update 1/5/2023.
Dealer finally reply e-mailed , could not get a face to face meeting.

I think I lost my rollover special offer and place in line because between Ford and dealer I was told the dealer had to change the order from D443 to E443.

Beyond frustrated.

I've been following this forum for what seems like a lifetime, especially this thread. November 12th, 2021 order, September 16th 2022 'rollover'. Truck was built December 6th and I'll be picking up later this morning. Hoping all goes well with private offer.

Do you have the same Order number as last year? If you don't the dealership may have just ordered you a new order. Because the ones that had a VIN and were scheduled to be built in '22 (then cancelled) were REQUIRED to use the same Order code. Then once the dealership renewed your order, it would automatically be a Priority 99, your dealership should have then changed that priority (by a certain date). Then, FORD moved it to a Priority 2. That's what should have happened.

Here's where you can check on your last year vs this year's sales sheet (top right)
The Order Code should be the same for both years.

Do you have the same Order number as last year? If you don't the dealership may have just ordered you a new order. My 22 order was never scheduled and never had a VIN. So the priority 99 and keeping same order number do not apply.

Just saw this! Yes, I did get a couple of those emails, straight to my inbox. At this point, I have a solid connection with my salesman, and Ford Marketing CS will be getting my weekly call later today.
Edit: I guess I did respond, just covering my bases!

11/2/21 Order had an updated build week of 1/2 after checking with chat last month. This week tracker is currently showing in production, and my modules have populated! Seems like it may be finally built! (or almost built)! Looking forward to getting my '23!

Had a 1/20 build day. Yesterday (1/10) it showed in production, and today (1/11) I have a window sticker!!
