Just checked order tracker and it shows green dot for "order confirmed" instead of 'awaiting shipment".
The day after they fixed the XLT and packages, the rest of the site is broken!
It is so damned annoying. It should be pretty simple to track. I'm still in production, but due here in 3 days...supposedly.

All better today! Nov 1, 2021 XLT Hybrid order shipped Feb 1, 2023....15 months later. ETA dealer Feb 18 - Mar 03.
Got my railcar number from the salesman yesterday. Followed the instructions on Trackers page for calling CSX. As of yesterday noon, the railcar was somewhere in New Mexico. I'm guessing that your truck could be on the same train based on your location and ETA. Time to chill the champagne and make room in the garage.

Just checked Ford Mkt Ctr: now at Junction Point in AZ, "changing rail services from UP to ??".
No longer allowed to give railcar # because the rail companies have received too many harrassing phone calls from persons not following the rules in the posted tracking notes. My dealer confirmed all their rail deliveries are through the Dixiana, SC yard. Waiting for the sales mgr to email me back.

Finally Got a Window Sticker today? Original order 11/01/2021. Was a 2022 with A VIN, rolledover to MY2023 added BAP to my hybrid xlt carbonized gray.

Received a phone call from my sales manager late Sat and he relayed that my railcar was in Louisvile KY 11 PM Friday, but he does not see the railcar # on his VINview.
Based on this it might be at the Dixiana SC rail yard mid-week and the truck be at dealer early next week.

My railcar made it to East Brookfield MA on Saturday morning, more than a day early. We'll see how long it takes for my truck to get onto a transporter and make the 4.5 hour drive to the dealership. At this point I'll be glad to pick up the truck on the long side of my ETA just to avoid as much winter as I can. Looks like I'll have it before 500 days, works for me!

I just called both Ford Mkt Ctr and Cust Rel ctr. They both provided my with info from Feb 9 that says the railcar was in E st Louis, which was its status on Feb 8. Ford seems set on wasting both their customer's and their employee's time on out-of-date, therefore useless information systems! And then they are so stupid as to ask if I got my answer, can trust them, and would recommend them??

Contacted the rail tracking system and determined that the car left Hermasillo at about 3 am this morning (assume that this is Hermasillo local time). FORD estimates delivery to my dealer between 3/27 and 4/2 - seems like a long time to get from there to here, but at least it's on its way.

Contacted the rail tracking system and determined that the car left Hermasillo at about 3 am this morning (assume that this is Hermasillo local time). FORD estimates delivery to my dealer between 3/27 and 4/2 - seems like a long time to get from there to here, but at least it's on its way.
I'm pretty sure they are including transport time from the end-of-line rail yard. The location of my truck in Massachusetts is an absolutely massive parking lot as seen in the Google maps satellite view. Speedy delivery depends on how many drivers are available.

Edit/Update -- I called Ford Marketing on a whim earlier today. They had no more details than I had already seen on the order tracking page, ETA 2/20 to 3/5. But 20 minutes ago I updated the tracker for umpteenth time today and to my surprise I saw that the delivery ETA is now 2/10 to 2/23! I will assume that with the truck sitting at the trucking terminal determines a delivery window of 10 days from the arrival date or thereabouts.

Called Ford Mkt Ctr, the file updated at 7 AM, and the railcar was in Greenwood, SC (where I expected it to be) and the ETA is now 2/25. (I checked the Ford Order Tracker and it was last updated 2/09. Pitifil connectivity in Ford's info systems.) The next and last rail stop should be the Dixiana rail yard and transfer to a hauler. The original order was 11/01/21, so it will approach 16 months.

Last night, in the late evening of the 469th day, the truck I ordered on the first of November 2021 was unloaded at the dealership. Eagerly awaiting a call or email from them saying it's ready, but I'm stopping in after work today either way.

These "last updated" dates that are one and two weeks old are complete BS. Events should be captured AS THEY OCCUR, and "Last Updated" should be daily event...wherever the truck is in the process. They are generating tons of calls to dealers, to Ford Marketing, and Ford Chat...all of which could be eliminated if they allowed real-time updating to the tracker they allow us to see.
