It is a crying shame. You look at the Maverick interior plastic trim cross eyed and scuffs and scratches appear. Ford did not really think this through. Probable the book smart Kellogg MBA made the decision on the interior trim choices.

When you ordered the truck you had to sign a DORA. The DORA should match the window sticker. If this does not match what has been delivered, you have a case.

I’m average 42.9 MPG on a ‘23 Maverick with an even mix of highway and city driving. This coincides with what I’m reading here. I do notice, like on all vehicles, mileage really drops ascending hills.

The Maverick truly has taking on a life of its own. After driving my Hybrid Lariat for 2000 miles, the three things I’d change on a new model is a plug in variant, platinum edition (scuff resistant door cards and power passenger seat, Homelink mirror, etc) and 4WD Hybrid.

All these are nice but at what price point? Maverick platinum edition? Can the Escape 13.2 sync 4 be installed in a 22-23 Maverick?

Your kits are a bargain! A must for any Maverick owner. Installs in 15 minutes with novice skills. It works flawlessly.

Same issue. My OEM supplied hard roll up leaks at the tail gate interface. I guess I’ll go to the dealer to see if they can sort it out.

I don’t know how some of these Maverick owners get 50 MPG. This has to be going downhill with a strong tail wind! I’m only getting an average of 42 MPG with 50/50 highway and city driving.
