well people everywhere are kind of bad at their jobs.... so there is that....

When I worked at a Ford Fleet Center in parts the first thing I did in the morning was to log on to the websites I needed to do my job. That included FMC Dealer website that all dealership employees have a login for.

When you login to FMC Dealer you see all of the latest bulletins with all of the latest information Ford sends to everyone. The bulletins are listed by departments like "Sales" Parts" and "Service". All salespersons should check FMC Dealer everyday to get the most updated information so they can better serve their customers. From reading here it looks like a lot of people in sales either don't know of or don't bother to check for these bulletins.

Since I placed my order back in Sept. for the Hybrid, I've had plenty of time to read up on EV's & Hybrids. What I've found is I really don't think the Hybrid is going to be good for me. I'm retar... 'er retired and don't drive much if I have a choice. Meaning, the battery won't get the proper exercise it needs to last. Gas will continue to drop and may make it back to the Trump days (fingers crossed). At this point I'm seriously thinking of switching my order to the gasser.

Rick, being retired, that must mean you will go on road trips. Turbo hwy MPG is not much different than the hybrid even with way more passing power. AWD is even better for snow and light off-road. My channel has a recent Sea to Ski series that shows some of this.

Yes, it should show as a package discount on the window sticker for anyone that is built after their start date of the discount package and no I don't know what that date is.

Unconstrained SIBL and Cargo Management System bundle for only $495? Sweet deal, but feeling bad for any individual who felt they were speeding up their order by instead opting for a $700 Line-X and a $400 CMS from Ford Accessories. Hope they at least have opportunity to make the change.

I don't have time to drive in today so I called my dealership. They had no clue what I was talking about. They supposedly wrote down what I was talking about and we're going to look into it and get back to me. 5 hours later, no word back yet. May have to make a trip in there tomorrow.

Same question here. Went to add the cargo pack and it shows as "6 D-LINK BED CONNECTORS" for $225. Also no discount shown or "package" they could find. Waiting on DORA turnaround to confirm.

Are you able to add these packages after you are scheduled?

Sadly no luck for me on that front. Attached is the reply I got from my salesman. I am disappointed there isn’t a way to add the SIBL/Cargo package since my truck isn’t scheduled to be built for a few weeks still. (Jan 2nd week).

Has anyone else tried successfully? If so, what’s your secret?!

Dang it, I ordered an XL hybrid with the hitch....looks like im tripple constrained. I'd happily switch to an XLT with the 2.0 if it was a free upgrade, in the same way they gave all wheel drive free to some of the first orders for the my22

EBs are baaaad. And not in a good way. Keep your Hybrid.

I called Ford Marketing just now and they said this offer is false. My dealer sees nothing in his system supporting this offer.

Just talked to Ford.

Since I already have my trucks "birth certificate" (my vin) i can't make any changes.

Kinda sucks as I deliberately dropped the MY23 SIBL for constraint reasons but kept the cargo rails. Now Ford doesn't have constraints and is giving a wicked discount.

Come on Ford! I just wanted my XLT lux package as is, and now I'm paying more than I wanted AND I'm missing out on SIBL.

Glad to have a build date, but wish they could retro some of these things. They did give me a hilarious delivery window of 2-3 weeks after build date though.....
