This exactly for me too. Im a life long ford guy, first car was a taurus, then mustang, then explorer, then f150. I can only wait so long for my maverick....as much as i am contractualy obligated by ford to rag on chevy, the my24 trax is looking pretty nice, not a hybrid but still 30+mpg expected.

I know they are doing work on it right now, I checked mine, it was ordered, checked again later, and no maverick, checked again and it said vin undefined, and then one more time, back to ordered.

I still belive that everyone that got their maverick on their ford.com account is on the short list to getting scheduled.

I do hope you will still carry on the tradition of starting this thread on scheduling weeks now that you are scheduled. --congrats btw

so, I just checked my ford acount and the maverick on order is gone...it was there yesterday. just checked again and its back still just orded.

Well holy crap, I check 15 min ago, nothing, then again just now. They must be adding them as they go.

I swear to god, if i dont get scheduled this this week I am going to...continue to wait.

I hope next Thursday is a big schedule day.

I would hope your assumption is right, but the tinkerer in me knows that cheap electric locks are pretty much just relays, once you punch in the correct code, the signal is sent to bridge two wires (its how my front door is...just dont break into my house now).

Now thats just "fowl" --its a ford truck forum, someone had to make the bad dad joke. ---In all seriousness. It is kind of scary that the keypad can come off that easy. Does anyone know, or man enough to figure out if you can unlock the doors by screwing with the wires?

Dang it, Just used ford chat, still clean unscheduled. I think i have decided that if i'm not scheduled by the end of Feb, I'll chang from a hybrid to an eco as I really want a new truck for the summer.
