I'm sticking with my Hybrid and will wait until I rot for it.
As an EB order not wanting more competition anyway...

Since I placed my order back in Sept. for the Hybrid, I've had plenty of time to read up on EV's & Hybrids. What I've found is I really don't think the Hybrid is going to be good for me. I'm retar... 'er retired and don't drive much if I have a choice. Meaning, the battery won't get the proper exercise it needs to last. Gas will continue to drop and may make it back to the Trump days (fingers crossed). At this point I'm seriously thinking of switching my order to the gasser.

Ordered a Hybrid Lariat in September. This makes me think that I might consider switching to the EB. I ordered the hybrid because I drive 3,000 miles a month for work and need something efficient. I can't afford to wait a year+. Probably 80/20 hwy/city. 30+ mpg on the highway would be a big upgrade from my 4Runner. I get 19 with a strong tailwind.
I read the document in the post in frame one from Ford. Presently it appear that only those who did the MY22 order have option to switch from the hybrid to EB.

The document does't say say there is an option to make a change to EB for those who ordered MY23 in September. Which would be me.

Is that correct?

Update: Just got off the phone with CS. Apparently, my dealership actually cancelled and reordered my truck and that is why I don't have a "private offer". They screwed up the roll over. Words cannot describe how pi$$ed I am right now!
curious, how did they manage to reorder when the bank was closed?

Thank you for your post. I called my dealer this morning and he was able to change it. I originally ordered a XL hybrid and changed to a XL ecoboost + 4k package and awd. I don't commute and live in FL so a 4k package would be needed since I am also inclined to buy a boat and camper in a few years.

I'm assuming the dealer canceled the 22 order which the private offer is tied to.

Has yours been scheduled for production yet? Mine is but went from the weeks of 12/12 to 12/19 and now 1/2. Curious if you were able to add them if you are already scheduled for production
Nope. I'm not a converted order (from 22) and mines a Lariet so it'll be a while for me I'm sure. My dealer did say I am the only Lariet Hybrid order they have though and thinks it helps my odds. I'm not holding him to it though.

I had ordered the Lariat hybrid with Side Rails and have dropped the rails, added the SIBL and cargo package. I remain hopeful but unconvinced that I won't get dropped into 2024 and then who knows what will be constrained.

My dealer says the discount is not removed. Is there a special code or something?

Wondering what anyone's thoughts are about adding the Copilot 360 to my XLT (and possibly Hybrid order)? It looks like the Copilot 360 is currently not constrained. My wife has the Copilot on her 2021 Ford Edge (which the Mav is replacing) and she likes it.

Also so the backup camera on her 21 Edge (which has sync 4) shows how close you are to an object when backing up via these little bars on the side and the system beeps the closer you get. Does the Mav have anything like this as part of it's backup camera? Or is that part of the Sync system?
That’s part of the Sync system. Very familiar, as it’s on my Mustang Mach E. Nice feature, but requires rear sensors. If you have rear sensors you’ll get the beeps and lines
