oh man, I totally forgot that Sunday was my (truck order) anniversary. At least I didn't forget my wedding anniversary, or I wouldn't be alive to take delivery (whenever that happens)

How long did it take from Shipped to Final Preparation? Right now my Hybrid is showing being shipped to the dealership (5 days & 5 hours and counting).

You are probably right that we will all be getting updates but probably not next week… as soon as ford can figure this all out. 19 December was an artificial date to kick the Can down the road. I would expect actual production to be Jan to March of next year unless Santa can outsource elves

Last night my train cart was unloaded and the railroad released my truck to who ever it gets released to. Lol….

Well, I thought I do a Ford Chat since I'm not busy. According to the chat session my ETA to the dealership is Oct 23 - 29 (my salesman said the same thing), rail car company is CSX transportation. I do know my ramp (RA4G) and this location is supposedly at Wayne assembly.

Gee's, Wayne assembly is only a hour away from my dealership. Oh well, I'll just keep waiting....it's only been 1 year & 12 days. May be it will show up by Oct 29.

Congrats on the wait being almost over. Looks like every part of that timeline had some sort of major delay. 1 month to build? 6 weeks in transit?

Mine was released just north of Houston and the dealer is about 20 miles from there.

Ford chat says my order has an update pending. They said the same thing right before the cancellation lol.

I am beyond pissed. Went to talk to my sales lady today, she no longer works there. So I asked another salesman about who is taking over for my order. A man said that he was, so I introduced myself. When I explained to him about the email and getting probably rolled over, he told me no way that’s happening because I have a vin. Sorry dude but yep it’s happening. He had heard nothing about vin assigned vehicles not being produced. But he will check and let me know when he finds out anything. Told he had better because I’m not losing out on this truck. He offered to cancel my order for me. So kind of him. But I told him I’m not canceling anything so he could sell above MSRP. So I will be checking in in a day or two to see if he knows anything.
