3 hybrid
2 eco( one which is AWD)
All prio 10 MY22 rollovers

2 for 11/28
1 for 12/5
2 for 12/12(one of these is mine)

Hybrids is unsurprisingly one of the constraints on the list, along with trailer hitch showing as one as well

The issue is I DON'T HEAR JACK SH&% from the dealer - I gave up an them and are contacting FoMoCo direct via Customer Service 800-392-3673..Sent ANOTHER email (not calling..want it in writing when I boot this up to Elena Ford, Chief Customer Experience Office.

Sadly with my experience, Ford is no more helpful than a crappy dealer. Just as bad. I’ve spent hours and hours with them. Even if they open an investigation ticket it seems to just be a delay tactic as they never actually investigate. Sad but true.

Yup, I am at one year with my base hybrid XL with only a drop-in bedliner. Was very hopeful in August when Ford sent out the lies about all the builds that were going to happen on September 5 and 12. After TEN date changes, I am now in the mysterious/probably won’t happen December 19 megabuild date and I probably won’t even be able to get it in my color, Velocity Blue.

I would be happy just to have a assigned VIN# . So until I get one I will do my daily calls to Ford asking where mine is. (makes me feel better even tho it doesn't help)

It's really easy for me since I work for said dealer I just have to walk across the street to the sales building, or shoot an email to our sales manager.

I originally ordered a 22 XLT Lux Ecoboost in Hot Pepper Red 1/25/22 , rolled over and reordered 23MY the day the order banks opened.

My wife and family are making the points that FORD and the Dealer don't care. They don't care to update me on a regular basis. They really aren't answering my questions.

I fear if I contact a member of the Board of Directors DIRECTLY , the Dealer will SCREW MY OVER the first change they get and sell the truck from under me.

Any suggestions on how I can get better info from SOMEONE ?

Have you contacted or chatted with Ford or tried the ordertrack.app? With a vin you should be able to get some info.

Unfortunately there isn’t much better info other than what @fordvideoguy is giving out. The BOD isn’t gonna help you

@fordvideoguy has said anyone with a December build date will be cancelled and converted to a 2023 with Ford assigning them a Priority 2.
