I'd like someone to post a spec on what the best dash cam should look like. Not a big fan of trying to install it myself either, so installation sites would be helpful here In So Cal.
No chance of ordering a total EV. Current infrastructure and slow response from California government on creating more access to charging stations is one reason. Another is poor mileage from EV vs, my 23 XLT Hybrid. Getting over 500 miles per tank vs. 325+ for EV.
No
I hope you got the dealership to change their process so others can avoid this complete cluster fukc. I was on my dealership to get updates and finally got delivery of a 2023 , 594 days after my original 2022 order
I was 594 days. Getting 43-48 MPG around town. 39.6 MPG of a 311 mile trip to Crowley Lake in the Eastern Sierra. Not bad considering I went from 294 elevation to 7,000 elevation.
My wait for my Atlas Blue was 594 days. Looking into a cap with a rack at a considerably less price as FoMoCo pricing. Got the Weather Tech no drill mud flaps and Covercraft dash cover is on order.
An advise to all Maverick owners: DO NOT order the Weather Tech Bumper Step XL. It's too long...
Took delivery of my 2023 XLT...ONLY 594 days...dealer didn't add anything and held the price...was able to apply the 2022 credit at the time of purchase; traded in my 2014 Mustang convertible. so it really knocked down the price...trip home (over 30 miles) shows MPG as 38.5.
I intend to forward everything on to a contact I found on the BOD for FoMoCo to see if my experience meets their core values and customer service standards..and just found out my manufacturing date just lost another four days...and AGAIN, I had to discover it, not the dealoer.
My original Hybrid order was September 10, 2021 - which will be 577 days IF FoMoCo holds to their latest production date. I had a 2022 VIN and also have a 2023 VIN. I've not talked to my dealer contact directly and prefer to have EVERTYING in writing, just to be sure of clarity. I'm in the same...
Now new date of April 17th....W T F ???? No explanation. This was an email 3 days ago and NO MESSAGE FROM THE DEALER....FoMoCo Customer Service doesn't know...Maybe they'll roll it into a 2024 model...
More delays and no response from the dealer. Got an email at 5pm PDT yesterday pushing back my manufacturing AGAIN to April 17th from March 20 or 27, depending on which lie you believe...no idea on why...corporate Customer Service (an oxymoronic if there ever was one) couldn't tell me...
Sorry, folks...ANYONE who ordered a 2023 needs to go to the bottom of the list until ALL of the converted 2022 orders have been fulfilled. I don't see this is the case, which is INSANE and shows what Ford Customer Service is REALLY about...not taking care of loyal customers. Ordered mine in...
Got my new production date of March 27...was September, then November, then December, then January 9th.....EXCEPT the dealer didn't take off the hold for materials issue and ANOTHER 11 week delay to March 27...I HAD to tell the dealer there was a hold on my order...isn't he supposed to tell me ...
SOO...not scheduled...FoMoCo Customer Service ( they really don't have any) said there was a MATERIAL hold on my order that only the dealer can remove. WTF are these guys doing where I HAVE TO TELL THEM about it ? Response from the dealer : they removed it and added my email address to the order...
I'm just hoping my dealer won't sell my order from under me...I'd be the first in line to call every news station in the area to show them my protest site just outside the dealer's property. I've been in customer service and corporate customer service in manufacturing for over 40 years and would...
I'm going to be really pissed if they screwed this up...I'll set up a protest in front of the dealership and call the media if they did. I'm retired, so I can do this with NO PROBLEMS
