The 12/13 date is when the window sticker was created for you vehicle. At this time the vehicle order has been sent to the plant and they will start allocating the required parts to assemble your vehicle. Also at this time is when an invoice is created so Ford can bill the dealer for the price...

The railcar with my Mav arrived in Tucson AZ yesterday shortly after midnight (12:16am) , so it's nice to see it on our side of the border and making progress to it's home in Texas!
