Tim i have been informed from a very reliable source that ford motor company is going to shut down ordering for the 2023 maverick Monday 9/19/22 what have you herd on this!
The memo we received said early to mid next week.

If I remember correctly from one of your recent Tuesday videos that there were about 88 unscheduled MY22 Maverick orders that will roll over to MY23.

Early to mid week. They should give us at least one day notice. Maybe Tuesday?

I had the same problem for past 2 days as my dealer could not order Atlas Blue for an XL trim. Chose carbonized grey but really want the blue. Does this mean I can change the color later for my order to Atlas Blue after order banks close?
We hope so if the order guide is correct.

No, the memo said that you can't change body code or pep code. The Tremor has its own body code, W8G. Pep code is trim. So get your FWD, AWD, Advanced AWD (Tremor) and your XL, XLT, Lariat figured out soon.
When dealers switch an orders PEP code, does a customer get a new confirmation email from Ford (Original confirmation email has the wrong trim)?

Dealer botched my trim and I'm looking to verify they get the correct trim in before orders close. Hopefully no impact to my spot in line or whatever too 🥴

I ordered a XL 2.0 EcoBoost AWD with 4K tow package, 110V/400W cab inverter, & Spray-in Bedliner with you guys.

I sent a text to my salesperson to remove the SIBL. Do you think there will be any other constraint items with my order?

I ordered mine over 24 hours ago and only just a few hours ago I FINALLY received an email from Ford that it was accepted. I badgered my salesman all day asking why I haven't gotten any confirmation but it did come eventually..
It probably wasn't their fault. Some of the ones I submitted took hours to come through. Probably because of the system overload.

I am sure it’s system side, when companies design order guides they look over them tons of times to take out any errors, that would be a big miss on there part.

Makes me feel better. My dealer put in a batch of 112 in one sitting last night and texted each individual person after the system accepted the orders. No email yet, but salesman and the ordering guy both state orders are in. System is just slammed.

I was thinking, hoping, that because it's a brand new color option that maybe it just wasn't set up in the ordering system properly yet. Hope you're right, I'm still mad Eruption Green isn't an option this year, lol!
