Folks ordering the Atlas Blue?

Add me to the list of those who ordered their Maverick in Atlas Blue. When I wanted to order it last year (but Ford cut off Hybrid orders so early) I had Ford extend my Fusion Energi lease. Was originally going to order Area 51, but that color is so common in my area. So when the colors leaked last month, I went back to my old dealership I sold cars for and looked at an Edge in AB.

LOVED IT!!! So when I ordered my car last Thursday at 4:30 (est), it's what I went with. First little mod will be to get a set of those colored letters for the tailgate embossment in Orange. Yes orange, as your probably wondering why that color? See, I'm a HUGE Gulf Racing fanatic and the color of the stripes on Steve McQueen's Gulf racing jacket in Le Mans are royal blue & orange

I'll add a small Gulf emblem on the back window and may even have someone add a small orange painted pinstripe to the side (not sure on that). But I'm definitely going to get some orange vinyl and wrap the blue mirror caps.

Blue is my favorite color, as my 2006 Mustang GT is also Blue (Vista Blue).

Can't wait to see how close the two colors are (though it's gonna be a bit of a wait. Thankfully I got the first non-flipped 2023 order. Only a few 2022s went in and they may still get scheduled for this MY).

I've had silver or gray cars for the last 20 years. Time for a change.

Originally ordered XL in silver because 9/17/22 ordering didn't allow Atlas. Then changed to Atlas after ordering got fixed.

My XL is a rollover from 2022 (with VIN) to a 2023. When it rolled over, it switched the color to Atlas Blue and my dealer simply verified that was the color I wanted. The order is confirmed, and I have a new VIN with a production date of 10 Jan 2023.

I actually prefer the Atlas to the Velocity Blue. It's a deeper blue and looks better IMO.

Hey everyone!

I've been lurking over a year but I joined yesterday due to placing my first order for a MY23, Atlas Blue Lariat with BAP.

Originally I was going to pick Cactus Grey but my son really liked the new blue, so we went with that. The (existing) online pics don't do it justice IMO, we saw it on an Explorer at the dealership and it's more rich and metallic than it looked on the interwebs.

Ford really loves its blues, eh? Anyone else here getting Atlas Blue on their new Mav?
