FINALLY! Waiting since 9/17/22

Finally got the email that said my Maverick Hybrid has been shipped (after 2 delay emails). I originally ordered on 9/17/22 but then had to place another on 7/17/23 with the same order #. I know I saw somewhere on this site you can track it by train car number. Where can I find that? Also I reached out to my dealer back in October when I received an email saying that my truck build date was in November (and bunch of delays) and they said they will contact me once it gets close to be being received by them. Should I reach out to them now to maybe to look into financing as well as trading my 2018 F150? Also curious, was the shipping delay due to it coming from Mexico with border issues? I had heard the hybrids were built in Mexico

Yes, they're made in Hermosillo Mexico. And yes, contact your dealer (and probably even better - your bank or credit union) about financing, now. Your truck Will probably arrive anywhere between 1 and 6 weeks after ship date.

It is saying between Feb 6 and 19th it should arrive to the dealership

I ordered and reordered the same dates you did. My maverick was supposed to come in december 4-9th i picked it up on the 15th. Traded subaru accent to the dealer, i took the subaru in to the dealer a head of time so they could drive it, check it out and give me a hard number. Interest rates are not great so look around. Now we love our hot pepper red xl hybrid maverick. It was worth the wait.
