I can't answer your question, but do reach out to local credit unions who can often lend at much lower rates. My local CU is lending at about 3.25% last I checked, for example.

I don't think I can move my order. I had placed it on the agreement specifically that I'd get X Plan Pricing + MSRP, but they've reneged on the X Plan pricing.

My salesman just said they spoke to the sales manager who let them know they are not doing X Plan pricing. (Which is obviously counter to the screenshots of texts from the old salesman)
