I'm picking up my Nov 2021 ordered XLT EB Lux this Saturday at Horsham and my experience so far has been smooth with everything regarding price and finance exactly as it should be. Hopefully, it won't take hours to get everything signed because I won't get there until close to 4pm. I have a dinner date with a cheesesteak and don't want to be late! I'll report back on how it all went down on Sunday.

Question for the group (especially those who've recently received VINs and are still awaiting production): Did you get an email from Chapman notifying you that you got a VIN/build date? Or is everybody relying on phone/chat with Ford Customer Service?

Question for the group (especially those who've recently received VINs and are still awaiting production): Did you get an email from Chapman notifying you that you got a VIN/build date? Or is everybody relying on phone/chat with Ford Customer Service?
Speaking of phone/chat with Ford, please tell me you checked again for yourself this week. After all the folks who got scheduled, I am wondering if you hit the lotto too!

Honestly, at this point, I know there aren't very many unscheduled Chapman orders still ahead of mine. So the delivery timeline *should* be pretty close either way (presuming they actually go by order date with the rollovers... bwahahahahahahaaaaaa)

While Chapman has been responsive to email queries, they have not pushed any information out to me. Though, I haven't bothered them for updates either. All info has come from queries to Ford Customer Service.

My July 13 scheduling is as of yesterday 'In Production' with an unknown build date. While the window sticker is alive, it's batch id and sequence numbers are fluid.

Thanks, that's what I expected but was just wondering. I'm always surprised when someone in the forum posts "just got an email/text from my dealer with the VIN...".

I learned of getting a build week by emailing Ashlie; they were quick to respond.

BTW I just checked Ford tracking and the Maverick is showing built arranging shipping (build week of 9/05, in production 9/07, built 9/08). Somehow I avoided my build week moving around though it's been over a year already (better than some I know).

I got the information from Ford chat but like others have said, confirmed with an email to Chapman. They did respond quickly.

I was out in 40 minutes, my son bought an F150 and he was out in 35 minutes
No BS, they move a lot of vehicles and have a solid process

I just called Ford. They confirmed my Chapman November 2021 hybrid order will be a 2023. I'm OK with it..
Mr. Dave, have you ordered with Horsham? Would you like to be included in our table? If so, would you mind providing details build/trim/options order date?
