I wonder if I go to my dealer on August 2, to create a new order, because I'm unscheduled and if Ford makes no major changes to the packages, will my luxury package from my MY22 that says I get a spray in bed liner, will that also convert to my MY23 keeping my spray in bed liner, or will it be changed to drop in? @fordvideoguy Do you have any insights on this?

You're right, all of use waiting for an XLT luxury package with a spray in bed liner are more than likely going to lose it on the MY23 turnover.

What will the "private offer" be for the Maverick? What was it for the Bronco last year?

We will find out in August. We can't base it off Bronco because the amount was based on option changes and increase in price during 2021 for the Bronco. Private offer will be based on increases that happened during 2022 for your configuration.

I really hope Ford doesn't screw up the process for those who have waited almost a year for their '22 and that will now have to place a '23 model order. There should be some sort of confirmation for peace of mind that those orders will get built first before anyone else and that we can get our trucks before next year.

Mavericks are scheduling the weeks of 7/11, 7/18, and probably 7/25. By 7/29 you should know whether or not you will have a build date on your 22 order for a September build date. If you are not scheduled by then, put in a new 23 order on 8/2. You could still get scheduled in August, last day for a 22 order to get scheduled is 8/18. If you get scheduled in August, you can cancel that 23 order.

Ford has some great communication managers. Many times their hands are tied by Ford Corporate. I think that they are afraid to get negative news out and don't realize that most of the community would rather have bad news and know then wait months for good news or a sugar coated response to negative news. But they will never let a dealer employee get any extra information than another dealer no matter how good the channel is. Note Town and Country TV, with 250k subscribers, they don't get access to anything earlier than the rest of the dealers when they have earned it by their reach.

What if a person were to wait until August 15th to place a rollover 23 order... would they lose their spot in the MY22 line?

X2 on this ? Is there a "penalty" for us 22 orders for waiting any length of time past the 2nd? In my case specifically, what if I wait until the 5th or 6th?

Also, my wife received a private offer via email ranging from $750 to $2,000 depending on model. Maverick is $750 I believe. Is this transferable to me? It expires in October. Will dealer be able to give me X-plan, the private offer for the rollover, AND this $750? Seems hard to believe that they can. Any thoughts?

I've been told that 22 order holders will take priority over the 23 orders. But I don't know if I would take the chance to trust that they will have that working properly. At our dealership we are going to duplicate all of our 22 orders as 23 orders before we enter any new 23 orders.

Okay, you can't put an order into priority 99, I tried already. Only 10-19. That private offer may not be compatible with xplan. Usually can be transferable within household. Smartvincent would tell and it might say on the private offer, "not applicable with other offers or special pricing" or something to that effect. Look at the disclaimer at the bottom.
