Constraint Update Email Coming Today: Co-Pilot 360, XLT Luxury, Lariat Luxury

Yet my Lariat Hybrid Luxury Package and Spray in liner has been built and shipped a week early and includes those constraints as ordered. Notice of "shipped" was received at 3:48am (Central Time) this morning with est delivery date of May 6-12. Not that I am not excited and grateful that the wait is almost over for me, but I am sad and confused for you all. Did I win a lottery or something? I ordered on Sept7.

We got the email. Two hours later we left to pick up my wife's new Honda Ridgeline black edition, in sonic gray pearl. She put down $500 3 weeks ago on a stock order that no one had reserved yet. It was built last week and made it to Frankfort, KY this morning. No shady dealing from Neil Huffman Honda, unlike the slime bags at Frankfort Ford, about 1/2 mile down the road. She's delighted with it, and so am I. It was a lot more money, but it's a lot more truck. We haven't heard anything but crickets from our Maverick ordered 11-26-21. Area 51 XLT AWD, 360, Lux, 4K, FX4, soft Tonneau, sliding window, full size spare, mudflaps, all weather floor liners, $33,050. Haven't told our Ford dealer about it, probably won't unless we get a build date. They said no deposit was needed, so they probably won't be too sad about it. If it gets built, I would like to see it when it comes in. I guess that's just the old car guy in me coming out.

The Ridgeline is a great choice. I owned a 2017 for three years before having to trade it in for a people mover Toyota Hybrid minivan for family reasons. Now I am waiting for a Hybrid Maverick as our second vehicle. Ordered October 23, 2021. XLT Hybrid 360 Lux. You will really enjoy the V6 power and the in-bed storage area. Great travel vehicle too. No. The email being received or not received MEANS NOTHING. I haven't gotten it yet either, but Ford has confirmed my order is valid. There is no rhyme or reason to anything they are doing, from a communication standpoint. I think chimps could do a better job running Ford's CR dept. Pretty ridiculous.

Join the group… many of us don’t get emails from Ford…. Many of us don’t get scheduled from Ford… Many of us don’t get calls from our Ford Dealers…. Many of us are pissed…. Many of us are of the opinion that Ford’s communication sucks…. By the way, I’m one of the Many

How can a company like Ford with a PR and customer service section, send out emails which lead to nothing but confusion?? Figure out who needs to receive what info, send it to them and make it clear to ALL why the email was sent.

They may build em tough, but they also make it tough to be a buyer!!!!

As a first time buyer for Ford I’m nothing short of disgusted with them. 11/13/21 xlt eco with lux off road and tow package with no build date or even an idea if it’ll be built this year. The run around game with the dealer and ford is the biggest joke in the industry. I’m currently shopping for another vehicle and when/if my maverick comes in I’ll just sell it to caravan so the local dealer can’t mark it up 7500. Ford motor company should be ashamed.

No email here. Haven't gotten one email from Ford. They verified my order was good and that my email address was input correctly a few weeks ago on chat, but even the confirmation email I had to get forwarded from my dealer because I never received it.

As it is commonly said: "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." The last two constraint emails sent, it seems randomly, were confusing and, to some, stressful. Does it mean I have no COVP? I am scheduled for a build; what does this mean? Why did I get one and not the other? Does that mean something? Should I drop something? Would it really do any good to drop something?

I am sure there are more questions I could pose, by my wife is ready to go to town and her back is bad so I am driving Ms. Daisy this AM!
