Hmmm, did not get todays email but did get the one in March. October 30 base hybrid XL with only option being a bedliner. Contacted Ford Chat early last week and they did not have a VIN or build date for me. Hopefully I am getting past second base soon.

10/1 hybrid--no email.
!0/1 order as well. Hybrid XL with just a tire and trailer hitch. No e-mail for me either. Did get the one a month or so back (twice, actually) but not this time. Based on this thread, that seems to be common for October orders. REALLY curious as to why.

Agreed - another October Hybrid order here and no email today (but I have received previous ones). Checked with Ford chat and still no VIN number or anything, but (hopelessly optimistically) wondering if we didn't get the email because we're up next to get scheduled...

My XLT EB order has both CP360 and Lux. January order but I never got that email. I did get my order confirmation email couple months ago I looked in my junk folder as well. Called Ford customer service and had them check my order........says its there but not scheduled or anything yet....still in order processing mode. Guess the Emails were hit and miss.

Great to hear that you got it worked out to your favor! Did she also find you build date to? 😀
Sadly no!

And I still gotta get my dealer to correct it. That’s the real trick. They haven’t been the most responsive. I called months ago to get the bed cover removed from the order. Went there a couple weeks ago to change the color and they had never removed the cover from the order. When I asked them again to remove everything besides the 360 and XLT lux package they said it wouldn’t matter as the 360 and lux are the only things holding up my build. So I said to leave it all as is.

Anyway, if I don’t hear back from them soon I’ll have to call and hope they make the change to the email address. Unless I’m right there and can see the change on the screen which I doubt they’d let me do I just have to trust that they fixed it.

This is totally BS! Ford was all over tv today talking about the F150 lightning start of production. They should be filling the Maverick orders first!! BS!
And did you pick up the CEO Farley telling Fox the Lightning has 300 Chips?

Based on Mr. Farley's statement a couple of months ago that Ford will "prioritize" orders by "profitablity" you have to wonder if they are using Chips that could be utilized to fill Maverick orders to build those highly profitable Lightning orders.

There's plenty of evidence that Ford hasn't been truthful in many published statements -- like they will build Mavericks in the order they were placed (constraints aside), regardless of dealer status. I will say there does "seem" to be an improvement as to FIFO but because of forums like this one we know Ford is not keeping their word to do what they said in that infamous email a while back.

Ford boasted about all those Reservations but won't tell those who actually ordered the Maverick how many orders they have?

Ford, your making a bad situation worse with these stupid business decisions - like the stupid email I got yesterday.

As I interpret the email and watched @fordvideoguy last night, for those who ordered in October/Nov Hybrid with constraint items you will be pushed to 23 and beyond if you don't drop those items. Ford seems to keep the parts to build the Lightning. For my own situation, I'm gonna drop the copilot since I'm not keeping the truck just so I get it sooner. Hope I make a sound decision. Copilot isn't something I need anyway even if I ended up keeping the truck.
UPDATE: I called Ford customer service to inquire about the email and the guy said it wouldn't make a difference if I dropped the copilot as I'm an October order and Ford hasn't gotten all of the June/July orders. In other words, I'm gonna be a 23 production so it's still a long wait for me regardless of dropping or not.

Sounds like being at a Vegas craps table. Crap!

Summer '21 orders are still waiting but newer orders WITH these constraints have been built.

So facts speaker louder than any email Ford sends.

I received the email and am confused as to why I'm receiving it. Yes, my order has the constraints mentioned, but I was provided a screenshot from the dealer showing my VIN, a status of 'Scheduled to Week', a build week of 6/6/2022 (but not a build date). Error by Ford? My order was pulled back? Inquiring minds want to know!

Because Ford's CR department is a train wreck right now. Not only do they not know what they are doing, but also seem clueless as to how to do it. How many six & seven figure executives are running this pony show of a dept.? Farley apparently can't get off Musk's teet long enough to see the mess his CR group is creating. Pisses me off as a shareholder more than a customer.

Wierd how some people got the email and some did not. I got the one in March but not this one. Speculating that maybe if you did not get it there is no hope of getting your truck. Or they intend to build it but no need to send you one. All this does is fuel these kinds of thoughts. You figure with these computer systems it would just be automated.. The real reason is most likely incompetence.

Not to mention these workiñg-from-home folks answering the CS phone calls have a talking point list that give Hybrid callers really old info. The last three times I called I was reminded I will be getting 40 mpg? They don't know that's before the EPA gave Ford the Certification back in October of 2021? Yeah, petty, but I'm just getting so tired of this.

I disagree, I too watched the Livestream. And he was under the impression that EVERY UNSCHEDULED order received the email. Then people in chat told him some people received it even though they were scheduled. So it seems random. Tim is a great guy please don't post false info, it makes him look bad. He did say late orders might want to think about removing some options, but he did not say if you didn't drop the items you will be pushed back.
