3/24 Scheduling Email Received Group [EMAILS NOT YET RECEIVED]

For those of us that reached out to Ford and got a date / vin today, does your tracker show anything other than "Order Confirmed"? I have a VIN and a date from Ford chat, but nothing concrete in the tracker.

The Tracker ( https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking ) for me shows VIN an image of my vehicle and all the information about what is included in my order.

This whole thread has me confused. Not only are we not getting an email from Ford, now you have to call or chat with a help line to see if your truck's been scheduled. Are the dealerships not getting this information and if so why aren't they contacting customers ? What exactly are the dealerships doing to earn any type of money for taking an order ? It's like we ordered vehicles from some dude building them in his garage out behind his house and not from a multi-billion dollar corporation that should be able to handle notifications of customers on ordered vehicles.... Sorry just feeling a little frustrated today.

I called the 800-number, and got my VIN, at least something is happening! Does this mean it will get scheduled soon???

If you check tracker (and it even works) or find out through Customer Service that you have a VIN# then your Maverick is soon to be built. Take a deep breath, because your vehicle will soon be in Production. Got our VIN on 12/15 and it was listed as In Production as of 12/16. Mind you, I heard the build date back on October 21st, and I know many of you are hanging on by a slender thread hoping for a build date. Hoping good things for you today!!

Don't forget that while waiting it helps to stand on one leg and wear a ginger wig.

And, yes, dealerships would have the information. You may need to ask them to check in with you each Friday, until yours is delivered. Worked for me. Once mine was In Production, my sales guy gave me a fresh Vehicle Visibility Report weekly, such that I could see at what phase was my build. That kept me from total insanity.

After 9 months and 5 days of waiting, our ride was delivered one week ago today. I assure you it's totally worth waiting for!! (But I still would spare everyone all the waiting.)

I was told that the date takes a few days to update on that site. My dealer sent me a screenshot of what they are seeing and it has May 9th.

Ya, I guess we have to be a Maverick savy experts and go on chats and forums to get info anymore. Don’t hold your breath waiting for your dealership to contact you, they can’t be bothered. Fucking whole process is broken and sucks

Please be aware... having a VIN could still be a two month wait for production.

I rec'd my scheduled notification with VIN on 2/17 for a 4/18 production week.

That is sooo not okay. I'm sad you're a June order still waiting. June orders ought not to have to deal with constraints.

Man... Being a later order I never expect to get scheduled, but I would at least see others get emails and know they are being scheduled and built was nice.. Now to see nothing coming across just kinda bums me out.. If I can't get scheduled I would at least like to see others get it and see movement..
