  1. Wireless Carplay adapter that is reliable?

I've now had 2 wireless carplay adapters, both from amazon, both worked maybe 70% of the time. The other 30% of the time they would freeze, not connect, or just not ever get recognized by the truck. Pretty annoying to unplug and replug the adapters all the time. Looking for a reliable...
  2. Headliner Issues after Side Airbag Recall Replacement

What a damn bummer! Mine came back with all kinds of grease marks, weird scratches, the rear headliner is drooping, and they broke a piece of the c pillar trim. Going to love this phone call to the dear tomorrow... Should have f'n known better.
  3. Bike Racks... Tailgate Pad or Hitch Rack for frequent use.

I am only hauling one bike at a time usually, so I can't help much with that. My Evil is fully ridewrapped and I use a little piece of pipe insulation under the downtube because I'm crazy and I spent WAY too much money on this bike.
  4. Hybrid owners A/T tire upgrades to 235/65r17 or 245/65r17 ? Pics?

Stock size Nokia Outpost APT. Right around 40mpg 25% highway driving. If you drove only city, not hard to get 45mpg. I'm coming from a lifted Tacoma with big tires, keeping this thing stockish. No need to for me to have more tire than this. These are 225/65/17
  5. First big detail done. Ceramic etc.

People say 2 years max. I mean is less than $100 and has a very good reputation. I'm hoping it's worth the money:)
  6. First big detail done. Ceramic etc.

It would be worth it if you value keeping your paint top notch. With that milage you might need some paint correction. That plus the coating might cost a good bit. I would get some quotes and make sure you use a well regarded detail shop.

I'm happy with silver, I knew it was a color I would not get tired of. It also doesn't show swirl marks. It can be a little purple in certain light, I love that.
  9. First big detail done. Ceramic etc.

I only have about 200 miles on them. So far they are great. I wanted a mild AT for my hybrid. I will say that Nokian's website is incorrect with the weight the advertise. 225/65/17 is listed at 26.5lbs, they are actually 28.8lbs. I haven't noticed a MPG change at all, but the truck is so...
  10. First big detail done. Ceramic etc.

I use the ceramic on everything but glass. Worked perfect on the plastic / rubber. I didn’t rinse, but did a good quick detailer wipe before the IPA. The clay was very minimal.
  11. First big detail done. Ceramic etc.

Isopropyl Alcohol. Gotta dilute heavily. Removes any last junk that stuck around. Be careful with how strong it is before using on paint.
  12. First big detail done. Ceramic etc.

NIce. Carnuba always looks great. CarPro has a GREAT reputation so thats why I used them. My truck lives in a pretty terrible environment (lots of tree sap and pollen) , so I went for the strongest protection I could install myself. I didn't polish as my paint was good enough for me, just...
